About the role

As Lead Sonographer, you'll combine hands-on scanning with genuine leadership. Your day will include:

• Performing a broad range of studies across general, MSK, vascular, obstetrics, small parts and interventional ultrasound
• Managing and mentoring a team of sonographers, from one-on-one training of new graduates to upskilling experienced colleagues
• Developing and delivering sonographer training and CPD programs

About you

About the role

We are seeking a Permanent Full-Time Radiographer to join our team at St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside, Chermside. Applicants seeking Permanent Part-Time opportunities are also encouraged to apply.

This is a busy tertiary hospital site operating 7 days per week, with participation in morning and afternoon shifts, as well as a rotating weekend and on-call roster. The department is staffed from 7:30am to 12:00am 7 days a week with on call coverage overnight.

You'll have the opportunity to further develop your skills across a range of modalities, with relocation support available for successful interstate or regional candidates.

Mammography and/or Cath Lab experience is desirable but not essential, and we welcome applications from Radiographers looking to broaden their experience in a supportive hospital environment.

About the role

You'll join a close-knit clinic team delivering high-quality ultrasound services to the people of Dubbo and the wider Western NSW region. Your day will include:

• Performing a broad range of ultrasound examinations with care and clinical excellence
• Working closely with our radiologists to deliver accurate, timely results
• Providing a warm, reassuring experience for patients who may be anxious or unwell
• Collaborating with radiographers, reception and support staff to keep the clinic running smoothly

About you

• ASAR accreditation (or eligibility) and a Graduate Diploma in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent
• Confidence across general ultrasound. Skills in obstetric, MSK or vascular imaging are highly regarded

About the role

• Working a rotating Saturday morning shift (8am to 12pm) alongside your weekday roster
• Providing compassionate, patient-centred care across community and clinic settings
• Working closely with radiologists, clinical teams and support staff to keep the day running smoothly
• Maintaining accurate records and upholding radiation safety standards

About you

• Tertiary qualification in Medical Imaging or equivalent
• AHPRA registration as a Radiographer, with a current NSW EPA radiation licence
• Basic CT experience and cannulation capabilities are essential. Complex CT experience is highly regarded but not essential, as full training will be provided
• A current driver's licence and reliable car, as travel to our Gregory Hills site is required
• A calm, professional manner and genuine care for patient comfort
• Great communication skills and a flexible, team-player attitude
