About the role

This position is about leading a great team and making a real difference in the lives of our residents. You'll support and mentor the care team, provide clinical guidance, and help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care. With a focus on dementia care, you'll work closely with residents, families and the wider team to make sure every person feels heard, respected and cared for. Your key experience will include:

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
• Experience in Aged Care, with an understanding of current Age Care Quality Standards preferred
• Demonstrated contemporary clinical practice & person-centred care
• Strong communication, documentation and time management skills

• National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months
