We are offering permanent roles with the opportunity to work in a variety of Surgical clinical areas. The TSH Nurse Bank offers you the opportunity for extended rotations in exciting Surgical clinical areas, professional development and clinical support. The Nurse Bank Registered Nurses are allocated across the surgical areas to backfill temporary vacancies for example, maternity leave relief and long service leave. This model differs from a casual pool model. Opportunities will be provided to move from the nurse bank to permanent positions on other units at The Sutherland Hospital as vacancies arise. Opportunities include all specialties across the site.
Positions in the nurse bank are either Full-time or Part-time with a minimum of 2 days per week. To be eligible for a position, you must have current Australian work rights, have completed a Transition to Professional Practice Program and have the ability to participate in a seven day rotating roster. Central Coast Local Health District offers an Integrated Training Program (ITP), for medical officers in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (O&G), based at Gosford Hospital. The program satisfies the requirements of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG), for Membership and Fellowship. This position involves general experience in labour ward management and gynaecology operating. Provide effective medical services to patients under supervision, while developing expertise in medical practice, in a complex clinical environment in inpatients and outpatient areas in the public health organisation. The department also offers support and guidance for the completion of RANZCOG's Certificate of Women's Health (CWH).
Gosford Hospital is the principal referral hospital and trauma centre for the Central Coast, with over 500 inpatient beds and 24/7 access to the emergency department and operating theatres. A recent $368 million dollar redevelopment delivered a new emergency department, ICU, nuclear medicine facility, special care nursery and expanded medical imaging services.
Wyong Hospital is an acute major metropolitan hospital with over 300 beds providing inpatient, outpatient and emergency services to residents in the northern region of the Central Coast. A recent $200 million expansion delivered a new emergency department, ICU, paediatric unit, inpatient wards, theatres and expanded medical imaging services. Another development is the Wyong Women's Centre, due for completion at the end of 2024. This will provide more accommodation for antenatal and gynaecology outpatient clinics. In addition, there will be two procedure rooms for more outpatient procedures to be performed,

Frontline Support Services is looking for an experienced researcher who enjoys investigating complex organisational issues and producing evidence that supports practical reform to join the Innovation stream of the project.
The Frontline Support Services (FSS) project is an initiative that realigns defined administrative, procedural and preparatory tasks from frontline police to a dedicated support workforce of Frontline Support Officers (FSOs). FSS operates as a division of Continuous Improvement, Uplift, and Technology, and its ultimate mission is to return capacity to frontline members for patrol, response, visible policing and active investigation.
The project has established the FSS operating model, recruited and deployed a growing workforce of FSOs, and introduced comprehensive monitoring to determine whether the anticipated benefits of the initiative are being realised. The Innovation stream is responsible for the continuous improvement of the FSS model, guiding it from establishment through to maturity and expansion, and identifying further opportunities to improve frontline service delivery.
The Senior Research Officer will design and deliver a program of applied research and evaluation to inform the future development of FSS. The role will investigate emerging service models, assess the effectiveness and impact of existing initiatives, establish the evidence base for new opportunities, and translate complex findings into clear advice for senior decision-makers. The role will draw on advanced qualitative and quantitative research methods and work across operational policing, organisational design, workforce reform, and continuous improvement.

Calvary Riverina has the exciting opportunity for a Nurse Unit Manager (Level 2) to join our clinical leadership team as manager of our combined palliative care and rehabilitation ward, including our outpatient rehabilitation service. This is a full time position working across business hours Monday to Friday.
Your main duties will include:- Clinical leadership and patient care oversight, ensuring safe, high quality nursing care while setting clinical standards and supervising nursing practice
- Staff management and workforce planning including rostering, recruitment, performance management, education and ensuring appropriate skill mix
- Management of ward flow (admissions, discharges, bed allocation), oversight of resources and budgets, and drive quality improvement, compliance and patient safety initiatives
- Relevant tertiary nursing qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Working with Children Check
- A minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in public and/or private acute healthcare sector
- Proven experience as senior clinical leader level including leadership of diverse interdisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated understanding of quality improvements and accreditation standards
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary rehabilitation practice and programs and/or palliative care is desirable
- Proven experience managing key performance indicators within budget
- Experience in change management, facilitating a positive workplace culture and workforce engagement

What you'll be doing
The GPPL program aims to support stronger collaboration between specialist Drug and Alcohol Services, General Practitioners (GPs), General Practices, and community Pharmacies within MNCLHD.
The GPPL Clinical Nurse Consultant will work closely with the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) to provide clinical consultancy between the program and potential community providers.
About You
You present yourself as a highly experienced and clinically confident nursing professional who brings more than five years of full-tim post-registration practice supported by approved post-graduate qualifications in your specialty field. Your background reflects a depth of expertise recognised by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and strengthened by the advanced training and experience deemed appropriate for senior clinical roles within NSW Health.
You demonstrate high-level capability in drug and alcohol nursing, with refined skills in assessment, withdrawal management, opioid and other pharmacotherapies, psychosocial interventions, consultation liaison and comprehensive treatment planning. You work with assurance in complex clinical environments, applying evidence-based practice and contemporary NSW Health policies to deliver safe, structured and effective care for clients with diverse needs.
You provide leadership that is both practical and grounded in clinical evidence. Your approach to developing and guiding clinical practice supports service improvement, professional accountability and alignment with current guidelines. You communicate with clarity and purpose, engaging clients, carers, general practitioners, community pharmacies and a wide range of health providers in a manner that strengthens collaboration and continuity of care.
You bring experience in identifying training needs and delivering education that builds capability in drug and alcohol clinical skills. Your ability to teach, mentor and support others contributes to a culture of learning and professional growth across the service.
You work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, maintaining a strong focus on service delivery, quality of care and team cohesion. You recognise opportunities to enhance continuity of care between acute services, primary care and community-based supports, and you act on these opportunities with initiative and sound judgement.
You hold a current NSW driver's licence and demonstrate the willingness and flexibility to travel for work purposes, reflecting your commitment to meeting service needs across varied settings.

Our Operations
Our South Australian operations consist of three primary mine assets, containing some of the world's most significant deposits of copper, gold and uranium; Carrapateena is one of the largest mining projects in the state in the last 10 years, Olympic Dam is a globally renowned deposit with nearly 700km of underground roads and tunnels, and Prominent Hill produces one of the highest grades of Copper in the world. Beyond this at Oak Dam exploration undertaken to date has indicated the presence of high-grade copper and associated minerals. The plan is clear and the future is bright in BHP South Australia's Copper Province.
About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists to join the Copper South Australia (CuSA) Health, Safety, Security (HSS) Team in the role of Principal Radiation.
Reporting to the Superintendent Asset Radiation and as part of the Asset team, you will be an instrumental player in leading and supporting radiation management initiatives, as well as improving the site radiation management plans across Copper South Australia sites and future growth programs.
This is a permanent position located in the BHP Adelaide office on a 5/2 Monday to Friday Roster, with regular site travel as required.
In this role you will:
- Identify and assess safety, health and environmental risks and recommend radiation management controls
- Advise on health & safety matters in the workplace that potentially impact human health from radiation work-related sources
- Provide coaching and subject matter advice to asset and line management, and external customers on key radiation plans and regulatory requirements
- Anticipate, identify, assess, recommend and verify controls on radiation exposures and management
- Contribute to the strategic direction of radiation management in Copper SA
- Be responsible for delivering radiation projects and/or operational initiatives to meet internal and external requirements
- Ensure the success of our exposure reduction strategy by engaging and influencing senior leaders to progress radiation business plan initiatives at our sites
- Support the review cycle of radiation exposure related training and awareness packages
- Contribute to the development of operational radiation team members and build capability in the wider HSS team and workforce
About You
This role will suit an experienced practitioner in radiation safety, who is committed to improving the health and safety of our people, contributing to a thriving workforce. You will also be motivated by a vibrant work environment and the opportunity to problem solve and drive positive change.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Physics, Radiation Protection or other relevant fields
