T his position supports Local Court Magistrate with the diversion of defendants who have or are suspected of having a mental illness, mental disorder or a cognitive impairment from the Criminal Justice System (Court and Correctional Centres) into the community.
Candidate must hold a relevant post graduate qualification in mental health and a current NSW Drivers Licence.
Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2
- Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Five years full time equivalent post registration clinical experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent in an acute mental health setting.
Occupational Therapist Level 4:
- Must hold qualifications recognised for registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
- Must hold general registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
- Five years full time equivalent post registration clinical experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent in an acute mental health setting.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in social work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.

Clinical Psychologist:

The Emergency Department Nurse Practitioner (EDNP) provides advanced clinical nursing care within a defined scope of practice, working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharge planning within endorsed Nurse Practitioner scope
- Initiate and interpret diagnostic investigations, prescribe medications and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocol development and risk management processes within the Emergency Department

The Manager Aboriginal Health Outcomes will support SESLHD strategic directions by providing leadership in Health Service planning, development, redesign and practice through their expertise and management of engagement, consultation, scoping and redesign, with a focus on meeting the health needs of the Aboriginal community. This role has a blend of clinical 'on the tools' work and leadership responsibility, ensuring a varied and challenging work day.

The Kids Rehab department at The Children's Hospital at Westmead are seeking a Permanent 0.7 FTE (28 Hours per week) Staff Specialist to join their team.
What you'll be doing
Provide excellent clinical services to children and their families as part of a multi disciplinary team. The primary roles will be the AMO for children with movement disorders such as cerebral palsy and acquired injuries such as brain injuries in the Kids Rehab Services.
Participate in review and improvement activities, as well as training and education of staff.
Abide by the hospital code of conduct and participate in annual performance reviews for clinical services in accordance with the Staff Specialist (State) Award.
The Staff Specialist will ensure that;
- Clinical Services are focused on delivering excellent clinical care to children and supporting their families.
- Research and teaching is undertaken and focused on the area of Rehabilitation.
- The Staff Specialist in Rehabilitation Medicine is appointed to provide specialist medical officer involvement in the interdisciplinary care and long term follow up of children and adolescents with complex rehabilitation needs, ensuring transition to adult based services where required, following onset of disability from trauma, disease or associated with congenital conditions. Provision of specialist paediatric rehabilitation care including inpatient subacute and ambulatory (day rehab and outpatient) rehabilitation services to patients of the Children's Hospital at Westmead and highly specialised care to statewide and interstate patients as needed with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. There is an expectation that the staff specialist will work collaboratively with other health professionals at the Children's Hospital at Westmead, within the SCHN and in the Community to facilitate access of children to specialty paediatric rehabilitation services and to improve outcomes of rehabilitation intervention for children with complex medical conditions with physical and other impairments causing functional difficulties in day to day living

What You'll LeadBased within the Port Lincoln Community and Allied Health team, you will take ownership of student placement coordination and the development of a student-led clinic model across EFNLHN. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy student placements end-to-end, from pre-placement preparation through to post-placement review
- Leading implementation of the student-led clinic as part of the Office of Early Childhood Multidisciplinary Capacity Building Grant
- Providing structured training, mentoring, and clinical supervision support for both students and their supervisors
- Building and maintaining productive partnerships with universities, the Department for Education, and other key stakeholders
- Contributing to quality evaluation, research activities, and clinical education consultancy across the network
- Degree qualification in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy, with eligibility for full professional association membership
- Current AHPRA registration (for regulated disciplines) or active engagement in a CPD accreditation program
- Demonstrated experience in Allied Health clinical education, student supervision, or workforce development
- Proven ability to coordinate complex programs across multiple stakeholders in a health or community setting
- Understanding of regional or rural health service delivery contexts - experience within SA Health or a comparable LHN will be highly regarded
- A postgraduate qualification in health service management, clinical education, or a related specialisation is an advantage

About The RoleIn this position, you will deliver comprehensive clinical assessments and provide psychiatric care and treatment for children and adolescent in the community and inpatient setting. The caseloads are extremely manageable, and being on the on-call roster for the regional psychiatric service is negotiable.
There is a strong commitment to ongoing education, training, and research with ongoing projects and links with the local Rural Clinical School and local Universities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical governance across the Great Southern for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Stream in consultation with the CAMHS Regional Team Leader.
Deliver comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnoses, and psychiatric treatment, ensuring that best practice clinical interventions are provided for children and adolescents.
Liaise and confer regularly with general practitioners, paediatricians and other health care professionals.
Supervise and mentor medical students, junior doctors and rural training psychiatry registrars.
Participate in continuing professional development and contribute to education, training and research projects relevant to the mental health service.
Provide a secondary consultation service during clinic hours for General Practitioners in the catchment area.
Participate in the on-call roster for the mental health team and the Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) roster (negotiable).

Great Southern Mental Health DepartmentThe Great Southern Mental Health Service is a well-established service comprising of Child and Adolescent, Adult community and Consultant Liaison service. The CAMHS team is based in the community clinic in Albany and provides outreach to other towns in the region. About the Role
Located in Dubbo, (Central West NSW), BaptistCare's Kintyre Lodge Aged Care Home is a warm and welcoming community that provides 24-hour care and support to its (81) residents.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join us as Residential Manager. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall operational, clinical, financial, and people management outcomes of the Home.
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will drive quality care, staff engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement, and be supported by a Leadership & Management Team including, Care Team Manager, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Education & Quality Supervisor, Lifestyle Coordinator and Chef Manager. BaptistCare's Innovation & Quality Team and Support Services provide ongoing remote and onsite support. .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operations of the Home, ensuring the highest standards of resident care and overall service delivery.
- Create and maintain a positive, safe and inclusive environment for residents, families and employees.
- Drive workforce planning, recruitment, retention, coaching, capacity building and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, occupancy and minutes of care compliance. .
- Maintain compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, WHS, Fair Work and relevant legislation.
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees, health professionals and community stakeholders.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee effective incident, risk and complaints management processes to ensure outstanding outcomes for residents and families.
About You
You are a confident and collaborative leader with a proven ability to inspire teams, drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional resident outcomes.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Bachelor qualification in Nursing or Allied Health.
- Management qualification or equivalent leadership experience.
- Minimum five years' senior management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Minimum five years' clinical experience.
- Sound understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, "HELF", aged care funding models, government subsidies and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated success managing a medium to large residential aged care home or comparable healthcare service.
- Strong financial acumen, managing performance to budgeted outcomes and effective workforce planning experience in the meeting of minutes of care quarterly targets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience leading organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to balance competing priorities while achieving quality of care and business related agreed outcomes.
