- Provide clinical leadership, operational oversight, and workforce development across multiple MRI sites within the East Metro Melbourne region
- Ensure high-quality imaging standards, optimised workflows, safe and compliant practices
- Support advanced MRI services and continuous improvement initiatives across MRI systems and vendors
- Drive clinical excellence and support staff training and assessment
- Standardise MRI practices across sites
- Report to the MRI Manager and Regional Manager
- Travel between Vermont Private Hospital, Camberwell, Cheltenham, and Hawthorn-FMIG as required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in MRI
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
- Experience managing or supporting multi-site MRI services (desirable)
- Advanced MRI clinical expertise across multiple systems/platforms
- Strong understanding of MRI operations, workflow, and quality systems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Multi-vendor MRI experience (Siemens, GE, Philips)
- Bachelor of Medical Imaging (or equivalent)
- AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use License
- SMIRT MRI Accreditation (Level 1 minimum)
- Ability to work the required rostered hours for this position
- Ability and willingness to travel between sites within the region
