About the Role:The Senior Regional Behaviour Analyst's (SRBA) holds a senior position in the region, supporting the implementation of key behaviour support programs and initiatives. Additionally, they play a role in leading and supporting service delivery and capability building for school and regional staff, focusing on strategic leadership. As part of their responsibilities, the SRBA provides supervision to selected school and regional staff who are pursuing Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) accreditation with the Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia (ABAA). As per the ABAA guidelines, as a supervisor you will be a CBA, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behaviour Analyst - Doctoral (BCBA-D) in good standing and must also meet ongoing continuing professional development (CPD) requirements to maintain registration and the ability to provide supervision. The role will also involve providing direct behavioural assessment and intervention for individual students. The direct work will involve coaching regional and school teams to use behavioural science to respond to students withbehaviours of concern. These positions are a core feature of the department's approach to multi-tiered intervention and will contribute to establishing capability of school and region-based staff to effectively and efficiently respond to the needs of students with behaviours of concern. Other duties in line with regional priorities may also be required.

About the Role
Make a meaningful impact in the justice system by supporting people with complex needs to achieve positive change.
Court Support Services delivers specialist therapeutic programs, including the Court Integrated Services Program (CISP) and the Assessment and Referral Court (ARC). Through a client-centred and problem-solving approach, these programs support people facing challenges such as mental illness, disability, substance use, cognitive impairment, homelessness and other forms of social disadvantage.
As an Advanced Case Manager, you will provide high-level case management support to clients with complex mental health and disability support needs, helping them engage with rehabilitation, access critical services and achieve positive outcomes.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will undertake comprehensive assessments, develop tailored support plans, coordinate treatment and support services, and provide expert advice to the Court. You will also play a key role in mentoring case managers and driving practice improvements across the program.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced, strengths-based case management to clients with complex psychosocial needs.
- Conduct assessments and develop person-centred support and treatment plans.
- Coordinate and monitor access to housing, mental health, alcohol and other drug services, family violence interventions and other supports.
- Identify and manage client risks through effective risk management and harm minimisation strategies.
- Prepare high-quality court reports and provide advice to the Court as required.
- Coach and mentor case managers, sharing specialist knowledge and expertise.
- Build strong relationships with judiciary, legal professionals, community services and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen service delivery and client outcomes.
About You
Tertiary qualification (minimum Diploma level; degree level highly desirable) relevant to case management practice with forensic clients; such as social work, psychology, welfare, drug and alcohol or another related field, and/or relevant experience.
Demonstrated capacity or experience in case management of clients presenting with complex needs, with well developed knowledge and/or relevant experience in at least one of the following speciality areas: mental health, acquired brain injury, disability, alcohol and substance use, family violence, or homelessness highly desirable.
Experience in or demonstrated capacity to provide coaching and mentoring to case managers, particularly within an area of advanced knowledge or experience.

The Australian National Phenome Centre (ANPC) is a national Core Facility for high-resolution metabolic phenotyping and translational bioscience. Based within the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research in Perth's Murdoch Health Precinct, the Centre integrates advanced Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), mass spectrometry, automation and bioinformatics platforms to support industrial-scale biological analysis and population-scale phenotyping at the interface of research, healthcare and industry. The Centre supports research across a broad range of disciplines, including precision medicine and human health, population health and epidemiology, chronic disease prevention, nutrition and metabolic health, agriculture and food systems, environmental science, and systems biology research.

Your New Role!Reporting to the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Research and Innovation, the Centre Director provides strategic, scientific and operational leadership for the Australian National Phenome Centre (ANPC). The role is responsible for setting the Centre's vision and direction, maximising the impact of its infrastructure, and positioning the Centre as globally recognised leader in precision health, translational bioscience and population-scale discovery. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of scientists and technical specialists, drive intentionally competitive research programs, secure major research investment, and support the translation of research outcomes into clinical, public health, commercial and societal impact. What you'll be doing
The Clinical Nurse Specialist Aged Care, using best practice evidence provides person-centered specialist nursing care at an advanced practice level for residents in the aged care setting in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary health care team. Provides clinical leadership, support and supervision for less experienced clinicians to achieve people focused quality care.
The Clinical Nurse Specialist - Aged Care will serve as the onsite Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) lead for the residential aged care unit, supporting compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislative requirements. The role provides leadership in the implementation and ongoing management of an effective IPC program and providing IPC education and training to staff.
Selection Criteria
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse and relevant post-registration qualifications in Aged Care with a minimum of three years' experience in the care of older people in the inpatient or residential aged care setting.
- Relevant qualifications in Infection prevention and control or willingness to obtain and a demonstrated understanding of antimicrobial resistance and stewardship.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake comprehensive assessments and develop a plan of care, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, which is focused on the expressed needs/wishes of the older person.
- Demonstrate ability to exercise extended autonomy in clinical decision-making capabilities and leadership in the development of nursing specialty practice advancement.
- Proven skills in case management and liaison and the ability to lead a case conference in order to facilitate a timely and appropriate care within the residential aged care setting.
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means and sound interpersonal skills with the capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualised person-centred care at an extended role level with a commitment to quality improvement.
- Evidence of participation in own professional development, a commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills with a willingness to apply and share professional expertise as a resource person and mentor others within the specialty.

The Team:
Child and Youth Mental Health Services Aim:
We are seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist with extensive knowledge, understanding and experience in forensic mental health issues and risks, specifically in relation to young people, and their families/carers, presenting with complex mental health concerns and/or complex behaviours of concern. You will have a proven ability to conduct high level clinical assessments, including the development of comprehensive management plans and completion of court reports.
This new position has been developed as a recommendation from the recent Commission of Inquiry Report (Tasmania) to support young people in youth detention who require trauma-informed psychological intervention. The Senior Clinical Psychologist will have a passion for providing a person-centred approach and working within a multidisciplinary team environment.
As part of CYMHS Reform, clinical services in Tasmania are under development with many exciting professional, developmental and research opportunities available.
This position is based in Launceston in the new Divert and Connect Program which is currently in the early stages of development. This role will provide you with the opportunity to assist in implementing new programs in Northern Tasmania, working collaboratively with other government and non-government services. Travel to Ashley Youth Detention Centre will be required as part of this role.
The Role
- Provide comprehensive evidence-based clinical assessment, treatment, and assertive case management service, including the development and implementation of specialist treatment programs and group programs, and the provision of formal psychological reports as required.
- Provide high quality, timely evidence based written court assessment reports for young people appearing in Tasmanian Courts in relation to offences.
- Work as a member of the multidisciplinary team from a case management framework, including outreach and case management reviews, to ensure continuity of care and best practice outcomes for young people detained in youth detention.
You will need
- A minimum of five years post graduate experience, with extensive knowledge, understanding and experience of forensic mental health issues and risks in relation to young people and their families/carers presenting with complex mental health concerns and/or complex behaviours of concern with a proven ability to conduct high level clinical assessments including demonstrated problem solving, advanced therapeutic interventions and the development of comprehensive management plans and court reports.
- Proven high level interpersonal skills including oral and written communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and decision making, together with the ability to develop comprehensive oral and written reports.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of effective liaison and consultation with other services and agencies in the context of providing specialised mental health assessment, advice, and training.

- An all-rounder with competencies in a variety of ultrasound examinations including breast, general, MSK, obstetrics and vascular.
- Prepared to participate in a rotating weekend on-call roster between 6pm - 8am.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A willingness to participate in further education and continued professional development programs.
- Experience with GE equipment is preferred.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally.
