What You'll Be Doing

Working as an AHP2 Dietitian within the Lyell McEwin Hospital, you will deliver evidence-based nutrition assessment, intervention, and education to inpatients and/or outpatients across a defined clinical caseload. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments and developing individualised care plans
• Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to support integrated patient outcomes
• Contributing to quality improvement activities and service development initiatives
• Providing education and support to patients, carers, and clinical colleagues

About the Role:

Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is eager to recruit a Senior Psychologist to work in our dynamic, growing and supportive team, to help us deliver exceptional care to our community.

The Senior Psychologist (AHP3) is accountable to the Director, Clinical Operations for the provision of comprehensive assessment and treatment services for medical inpatient services within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN). The RFDS SA/NT operates four Remote Community Health Clinics in South Australia at Andamooka, Innamincka, Marla and Marree, providing these communities with 24/7 care.

As a Remote Community Enrolled Nurse, you will be inspired to provide high quality, culturally appropriate nursing care for patients within a remote healthcare environment across both primary and emergency healthcare, under the direct supervision of a Remote Area Nurse.

You will be motivated to consult with healthcare recipients, their families and community as well as registered nurses, midwives and other health professionals, to assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care to patients across remote South Australia.

These positions are based in multiple locations throughout rural South Australia and accommodation is provided whilst on shift.

• Provide afterhours emergency first response when required, which includes driving the RFDS SA/NT remote clinic ambulance and assisting the Remote Area Registered Nurse in the provision of emergency scene response and patient care - within the scope of Enrolled Nurse Practice.
• Interact with other members of the multidisciplinary Health Care Team to plan and evaluate patient/client care progress.
• Maintain accountability delivering remote healthcare within NMBA and own standards.
• Maintain accurate and legible records to enable ongoing safe patient care, documented in accordance with RFDS SA/NT and SA Health standards.

You are:

• An experienced Enrolled Nurse with an adventurous spirit who enjoys making a positive difference to the health outcomes of individuals living in remote and rural communities.
• An excellent communicator who can easily relate to people from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures.

• A minimum 2.5 years post graduate experience as an Enrolled Nurse.

• Basic Life Support and/or Intermediate Life Support, with evidence of enrolment in - or completion of - Advanced Life Support.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaboratively and effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• A current and valid drivers licence, issued from an Australian state or territory.
• Experience with driving a manual 4WD vehicle.

About the role

The Senior Acute Stroke Care Physiotherapist will demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience and the ability to deliver high-quality neurological physiotherapy services at Tweed Valley Hospital. This role will primarily support patients within the Acute Stroke Unit and medical wards through direct clinical care, while also providing supervision, education and support to physiotherapy staff across the department. The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced skills in acute stroke and neurological physiotherapy, a commitment to evidence-based practice, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Participation in the physiotherapy department's weekend and public holiday acutecare roster will also be required.

What you'll be doing

Provide contemporary comprehensive Specialist General Physician services for optimal patient outcomes.

Provide and support training for registrars and junior medical officers to achieve quality education and safe clinical practice.

We provide a range of elective and emergency surgical services; general surgery, urology, ophthalmology, gynaecology and obstetrics. It is supported by a close observation Unit.

The new Level 4 Eurobodalla Regional Hospital will include:

• Increased capacity for chemotherapy treatments and increased access to renal dialysis
• Surgical and operating theatres and a day stay surgical unit
• Expanded medical imaging, including MRI
• Ambulatory care for community outpatient services
• Paediatric and maternity services, and a special care nursery

Selection Criteria:

• Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist General Physician or equivalent overseas qualification (Internal Medicine) either eligible for Expedited Specialist Pathway or substantially comparable on the RACP Specialist IMG Pathway.
• Demonstrated current clinical experience in General / Acute / Internal Medicine at an appropriate Level 4 health service.
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical governance principles including the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) standards in Australia.

• Demonstrated commitment to teaching, clinical research, simulation and quality improvement.

Grafton Base Hospital and Clarence Network are seeking a qualified Specialist in Obstetrics & Gynaecology to become the Head of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department. The successful applicant will lead and manage the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department, providing contemporary comprehensive best practicespecialist services for optimal patient outcomes. This includes leadership that optimises multidisciplinary and inter-departmental cooperation, to efficiently and effectively allocate and manage resources for best patient care.They will also provide and support training to clinicians across relevant disciplines to achieve quality education and safe clinicalpractice.
