Working alongside the Senior Hospital in the Home Pharmacist, you will provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services to patients receiving acute care within their own homes and residential care facilities.

Position Description Local Work Environment St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne (SVHM) operates three Residential Aged Care Services (RACS) facilities - Berengarra, Auburn House and Prague House - collectively providing permanent and respite care for 165 residents. Services include mainstream aged care, psychogeriatric care and spe ialist programs supporting people with mental health diagnoses, acquired brain injuries and/or a history of homelessness. All facilities are registered NDIS providers. The position is primarily based at St George's Health Service in Kew, with responsibilities across campuses and residential aged care sites. RACS forms part of SVHM's Continuing Care Program, alongside Subacute Services, Bed Based Transition Care, Community Services and Healthcare for the Homeless.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership and Service Delivery Support the day-to-day operational management of Residential Aged Care Services. Provide direct leadership and oversight of the Lifestyle and Administration Teams. Act as a key liaison with Allied Health teams to support communication, coordinated care and service planning. Marian Drummond Adolescent Unit
The Marian Drummond Adolescent Unit (Inpatient Service for teenagers 13-17 years) is an 11-bed unit, which provides assessment and treatment to teenagers who require more intensive treatment than can be offered in an outpatient setting. The unit has a dynamic and caring staff focusing on helping adolescents and their families at times of crisis and need. The unit has a catchment area covering the six local government areas serviced by Austin Health's ICYMHS, as well as rural areas serviced by Bendigo ICYMHS and Mildura CAMHS.
Specialist Eating Disorders Service (SEDS)
SEDS is a multidisciplinary clinical team that is responsible for direct provision of specialised eating disorders care in outpatient settings including intake, triage, waitlist management, assessment and treatment, in partnership with regional community ICYMHS teams. SEDS provides clinical support and guidance to ICYMHS case managers for eating disorders cases, as well as liaising with acute medical and mental health inpatient staff to support treatment and discharge planning for consumers admitted to inpatient units. The SEDS team leads coordination of eating disorders care, including case reviews, the eating disorders registry and service-level monitoring and evaluation.

As theConsultant Psychiatrist, Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatry Unit/Eating Disorders,you will be required to provide comprehensive and high-quality evidence-based psychiatric services to young consumers and their families or support networks in the Inpatient and Specialist Eating Disorders Service Teams.
About you
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be a registered Medical Practitioner in Australia with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Hold a Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists or equivalent post graduate specialist qualification.
- Hold a RANZCP Certificate of Advanced Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, or equivalent. Psychiatrists with significant experience in Youth Psychiatry will be considered for the role focused on young people aged 12-25 years.
- Have detailed knowledge of the triage and access systems to tertiary mental health services.
- Demonstrate experience with a variety of liaison psychiatry settings, including in-reach to the emergency department where indicated.

About the roleWe are seeking a Social Research Officer to provide expert leadership and guidance across the organisation. Working collaboratively with the Health & Social Policy team and internal stakeholders, you will strengthen Council's capacity to use research and evidence to inform decision-making and achieve better outcomes for the community.
What you'll deliverWorking across a diverse range of projects and collaborating with teams throughout Council, you will:
- Conduct social research, demographic analysis and community needs assessments to generate insights that inform Council decision-making.
- Transform complex data into accessible reports, dashboards and resources that support strategic planning and service improvement.
- Provide expert advice and build organisational capability in accessing, interpreting and applying research and data.
- Contribute to the development, planning, monitoring and evaluation of Council strategies, policies and programs to improve community outcomes.
You're a curious and analytical researcher who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights. Comfortable balancing reactive requests with longer-term projects, you thrive in a collaborative environment, manage competing priorities with ease and build strong relationships to influence outcomes.
You bring:- Tertiary qualifications in social science, public health or a related discipline, along with demonstrated experience in social research, demographic analysis and evidence-based planning.
- Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to provide evidence-based insights and recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, including experience presenting complex information through reports, dashboards and presentations.
- A collaborative approach and proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:
This is a full-time, fixed term position at 80 hours per fortnight (full-time, 2 years) within the Support After Sexual Harm (SASH) Service at the RCH.
You will be responsible for leading workforce and organisational capacity-building initiatives in Victorian public schools to strengthen the prevention, identification, response and management of students using harmful sexual behaviours (HSB) in school settings. Reporting to the SASH Workforce and Service Development Lead, you will provide education, consultation and capability development to support schools in implementing evidence-informed child safeguarding practices, enhancing staff confidence and competence, and promoting safe, inclusive and protective learning environments consistent with Victoria's Child Safe Standards
Classification for this position will range from:
- Psychologist Grade 3, Year 1 to Year 4 (PL1 - PL4)
- Social Worker Grade 3, Year 1 to Year 4 (SC31 - SC34)
- Occupational Therapist Grade 3 Year 1 to Year 4 (VG3 - VG6)
- Other relevant professional background
What you'll achieve:
- Support schools to implement safeguarding practices that prioritise the safety, wellbeing, rights and participation of children
- Development of resources, tools and supports that strengthen protective behaviours and student wellbeing
- Build effective partnerships with schools, regional teams, child protection services, health services, community organisations and other key stakeholders to strengthen child safeguarding approaches
Your skills and experience:
- Tertiary Qualification in relevant allied health/health promotion/education field
- Previous experience working in a children and families/child protection or safeguarding organisation
- Experience in leading others, mentoring or training

Support After Sexual Harm (SASH) at the RCH provides therapeutic interventions and support for children and their families, who have experienced sexual harm or engaged in harmful sexual behaviours. SASH service delivery is underpinned by the following principles:

SASH is a Member of Sexual Assault Services Victoria (SASVic) and is a team of clinicians with specialist skills and qualifications in working with children who have experienced sexual harm and engaged in harmful sexual behaviour and their families and communities.
