Your Role as Care Worker
You’ll deliver this role by:
Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals
Support clients with domestic tasks, including house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal prep
Provide social and community support and assist with transport to appointments or shopping
Follow clients’ care plans and report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager
Contribute ideas to improve services and teamwork
Location – Hervey Bay, Maryborough and Surrounding Suburbs and the ability to travel to Bundaberg when needed
Must hold a minimum Green P Plate (Australian Drivers Licence)

Your part in our UnitingCare team
We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Counsellor to join our Parenting Orders Program team to support individuals and families experiencing separation, high conflict and emotional stress.
This position will be based in Mackay. Some evening work will be required.

This role involves:
- Providing assessment, counselling, psychoeducation, referrals, case management to parents.
- Providing support to children and families through referrals and case collaboration.
The role will Include completing risk assessments and safety planning with people experiencing domestic and family violence as well as adhering to organisational processes and procedures to manage client risk as part of the case management process and client service delivery.

Your part in our UnitingCare team:
- Process payroll transactions including employee maintenance, new starters, terminations and leave processing
- Respond to payroll enquiries and provide timely, professional support to employees and leaders across the organisation.
- Support payroll processing activities, reconciliations, audits and compliance requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a collaborative payroll team environment.

About the role:
As 1 of our friendly Food Service Assistants, you’ll be part of an experienced and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of our Maroochydore facility. This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished portfolio leader to shape and establish a critical enterprise capability, turning an endorsed vision into practical ways of working that deliver lasting organisational value. You will build the foundations of the function, establish trusted relationships across the organisation and lead the change required to embed more consistent and effective portfolio governance.
This role will suit an experienced enterprise portfolio, investment governance or EPMO leader with a strong track record of establishing or materially uplifting portfolio capability with a complex organisation. Your part in our UnitingCare team:
- Establish and operationalise UnitingCare’s Enterprise Portfolio Governance Office, translating the endorsed operating model into practical governance, processes, tools, decision rights and ways of working.
- Create a single enterprise view of strategic investments and project performance, providing clear insights on progress, risks, dependencies, delivery confidence, benefits and decisions required.
- Implement proportionate portfolio, investment and assurance disciplines that strengthen business cases, prioritisation, stage gates, benefits realisation and project closure without creating unnecessary administrative burden.
- Partner with executives, sponsors and leaders across Hospitals, BlueCare, Family and Disability Services, including Lifeline Queensland, and corporate functions to strengthen delivery discipline and support initiatives requiring intervention.
- Provide concise, decision-focused portfolio reporting and independent, respectful challenge to the Executive Leadership Team, Board and relevant governance forums.
- Lead the change, stakeholder engagement and capability uplift required to embed the new model and establish a sustainable long-term enterprise portfolio governance capability.

Join our Oncology and Haematology team St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside as a Registered Nurse on a maximum term (12-month contract) part-time basis (64 hours per fortnight).
