WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
SA Health is offering an opportunity to work within a public healthcare setting delivering high‑quality, confidential, and customer‑focused administrative services to patients, staff, and visitors across the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Region. This role supports the delivery of safe, effective care through professional reception services and accurate patient administration.
You will work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, contributing to a range of ward‑based administrative functions including patient admissions and discharges, medical records, reporting, billing, and clerical support, while upholding SA Health values and service standards.

About the Role
As a Services Assistant, you will provide essential support services across catering and utility areas, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the health service.
Your duties will include food preparation and delivery, cleaning, laundry and general housekeeping, contributing directly to patient wellbeing and service quality.

The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) is responsible for the planning and delivery of hospital and health services over 337,626 square kilometres, taking in the Eyre Peninsula, western part of South Australia and north to Coober Pedy. About the Role

What We’re Looking For:

For self-regulated professions, it is desirable to participate in the professional associations' accredited continuous professional development program.

About the Role
You will provide direct comprehensive nursing care and services to patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic operative procedures in the Operating Theatres, Recovery, Anaesthetic areas, Day of Surgery Admissions (DOSA) and Holding Bay at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Assessing individual patient needs, you will plan, implement or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options. You will also provide health education, counselling and rehabilitation programs to improve the health outcomes of individual patients or groups. Consolidating your knowledge and skills, you will develop in capability through continuous professional development and experience and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships with all members of the health care team. The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (TQEH) is a 311 bed, acute care teaching hospital that provides inpatient, outpatient, emergency and mental health services to a population of more than 250,000 people living primarily in Adelaide's western suburbs.
You will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing Board of Australia, and hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate. With demonstrated competence in nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards, you will have effective communication skills including, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Skills in scrub/scout, recovery, anaesthetic and stage 2 recovery nursing are highly desirable. With the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workloads, you will be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a healthcare setting.

Bordertown Memorial Hospital is now accepting applications for the Bordertown – Catering & Utility Services Assistant Casual Pool.
The Services Assistant is responsible for providing a timely, efficient and effective service, that involves the catering and cleaning of the health unit. Duties may include the preparation, service and delivery of food to clients, and general housekeeping. The Services Assistant may also be required to undertake laundry duties.
A Casual Pool works by applications being accepted on a continuing basis for a period of 12 months. A selection panel will regularly review and assess applications, and keep you informed during the process.
As a Services Assistant, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the health unit runs efficiently by:
- Assisting with the preparation, service, and delivery of meals, including breakfast, soups, and quick-serve foods.
- Ensuring that food is plated and delivered promptly, while also responding to client dietary requirements with care.
- Performing general cleaning duties, including high window cleaning and carpet shampooing, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients.
- Supporting laundry tasks like washing, folding, ironing, and delivering clean linen.
- Completing minor sewing repairs and assisting with stock recording.
No previous experience in catering or housekeeping? No problem! We’ll provide on-the-job training to help you succeed.

Bordertown Memorial Hospital provides acute services ranging from in-hospital care for adults and children by local general practitioners to outpatients and aged care beds and is part of the Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN)

- Collecting and/or marking back medical records, from wards, clinics and departments via the electronic case note tracking system
- Ascertaining patient information is accurate, in the correct order and contained securely within the medical record prior to leaving the department,
- Filing all documents and reports in the appropriate sections or volumes of the medical record (s) in accordance with procedure guidelines,
- Providing information for on-going patient care to authorized personnel via telephone enquiries, over-the counter, facsimile or in writing following policy guidelines

About the role
The Administrative Assistant supports a multi-disciplinary team by providing high-level admin and reception services, maintaining accurate records and booking lists, managing outpatient clinic bookings, and improving departmental efficiency through effective systems and processes.
Key duties of the role
- Provide a front-line reception service to the department
- Provide appropriate support to patients, relatives and visitors and appropriately direct telephone calls and inquiries

About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive, integrated range of services designed to meet the needs of the local community through the Whyalla Healthy Ageing Team. Working within a multi-professional team, you will apply preventative, early intervention, treatment and evaluation approaches to support meaningful client outcomes. About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is available to join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Midwife or Clinical Midwife within our Women and Children’s Division. In this role, you will deliver high‑quality, compassionate midwifery care across pregnancy, labour, birth and the postpartum period. You will be supported to practise to your full scope within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where professional insight, teamwork and shared decision‑making are genuinely valued.
Appointment to the role will be at the MW1 or MW2C classification, dependent on the level of experience.
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate; OR be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse and Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
