About the Role
Join our team as a General Services Supervisor to work full time, ongoing, Monday - Friday (07:00 - 15:30) including an ADO (Accured Day Off) at Monash Medical Centre based in Clayton. Being part of the Support Services leadership team and reporting to the General Services Manager, General Services Supervisors play a vital role in supporting PSAs, ESAs in the delivery of excellence in hygiene and patient care.
This role is perfect for those with dynamic leadership skills and a positive attitude with a passion for being part of a collaborative patient-focused team.
Driving excellence across linen, pest control, washroom, and waste services to ensure operational objectives are met, you will be welcomed by a truly supportive and inspiring leadership team who encourage upskilling, growth and career development.
Key responsibilities of General Services Supervisor include but not limited to:

Lead and mentor a team of Patient Services and Environmental Services Assistants
-
Actively contribute to a positive team culture
-
Roster & timesheet management
-
Conducting inspections and cleaning audits of clinical and non-clinical areas and overseeing corrective actions
-
Meet service key performance indicators
-
Deliver high-quality customer focused services
-
Manage site-wide cleaning, waste, linen and patient movement requests
-
Management of staff performance and coordination of improvement plans
About You
To ensure your success in this role, you will bring experience in patient services within a hospital, aged care or commercial cleaning setting and have the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:

Demonstrated leadership skills to supervise and mentor a team is essential
-
Sound computer and MS suite skills required with time & attendance and HRIS knowledge desirable
-
Agility in multi-tasking and prioritising tasks
-
Demonstrated knowledge of; and ability to maintain and improve cleaning, hygiene and infection prevention standards and practices
-
Understanding of Victorian Public Hospital Cleaning Standards
-
Ability to undertake physical work including lifting, carrying and manual handling
-
Excellent communication skills with ability to implement written instructions and company policies & procedures
-
High standard of integrity and confidentiality required at all times
You are also required to hold:
- Relevant certificates to General Services. Example: Health Services Certificate III / Food Handlers certificate
- Detailed knowledge of Environmental Services
- Diploma of Management (desirable)

Join our Pharmacy team as the Pharmacy Technician Development Lead in this full-time ongoing opportunity, with part-time applications considered.
Working with the Pharmacy Leadership, Workforce and Education teams, you will lead initiatives that build capability, strengthen career pathways and support the future pharmacy technician workforce.
In this role, you will:
- Lead pharmacy technician workforce development and career pathway initiatives.
- Coordinate and evaluate education, training and professional development programs.
- Develop competency frameworks and resources supporting advanced practice and career progression.
- Coordinate Certificate III and IV pharmacy technician pathways.
- Develop and maintain a pharmacy technician education and credentialling framework.

About You:

You will have:
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Experience in education, training, supervision and/or workforce development.

About the Role
Join our team as a Quality Use of Medicines Pharmacist on a full time, ongoing basis. This role works across sites.
Working alongside the Quality Use of Medicines and Adverse Reactions Team Leader and broader multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver expert Medication Safety services while contributing to education, quality improvement and ongoing patient safety. Delivering high quality, safe and innovative care and best practice pharmacy in the area of Medication Safety
Key responsibilities include:
- Active participation in the preparation for National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards accreditation, with a particular focus on Standards 3 and 4.
- Representing the Pharmacy and/or provide medication safety expertise on pharmacy committees and interprofessional organisational committees.
- Supporting the activities of the Monash Health Medication Safety and Therapeutics Committee including medication incident management, audits, quality reporting, risk management, document management and improvement strategies.
- Working within the multidisciplinary team to provide expertise in medication management and promoting the safe and effective use of medicines.
- Assisting in the review of incidents, generation and dissemination of monthly quality reports, relevant quality improvement summaries and/or plans and risk registers.
- Providing communication to clinical staff regarding medication safety strategies and projects.
About You
We’re looking for a pharmacist who is passionate about Medication Safety, enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team and is committed to improving patient outcomes.
You will bring:
- Hospital pharmacy experience, ideally with Medication Safety experience
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex clinical environments
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- Experience in clinical governance, quality improvement and medication safety

About Us - Monash Health Radiology
We are currently seeking experienced Night Shift Medical Imaging Technologist (Radiographer) to join our workforce at Casey Hospital. Permanent full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
As a key member of our overnight imaging team, you will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services to support the Emergency Department, inpatient units, and urgent after-hours presentations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will exercise clinical judgement, manage competing priorities, and work closely with medical, nursing, and allied health teams to deliver timely patient care.
The successful applicant will be confident working independently, while also contributing to a supportive and collaborative after-hours team culture. A strong background in General X-ray is essential, with CT experience highly desirable.

Join our team as a Patient Services Assistant on a full time or part time; ongoing or fixed term basis to work at Monash Medical Centre based at Clayton. In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of the General Services Manager & Supervisors and working with the broader Support Services team.
PSAs play a vital role in supporting clinical team in the delivery of patient care. PSAs do a range of tasks including, but not limited to, cleaning, patient transfers, and equipment handling. Working as part of a team and on their own, PSAs are responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and patient support across the hospital.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Daily ward cleaning, discharge room cleans, and unscheduled cleans
- Patient transfers using equipment such as hoists, slides, bed movers and wheelchairs

The position provides psychological services to consumers as part of the groups program in the Clayton Continuing Care Team (CCT) at Atherton Road, Oakleigh. The Clayton CCT provides case management support and treatment for consumers aged from 25 to 65 years experiencing severe and persisting symptoms of mental illness.
About the Role
Join our team as a Psychologist on a {full time / part time to work at Atherton Road Centre, based at Oakleigh. In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of the CCT manager and working with the broader Psychology team.
The focus of the position is to provide evidence-based psychological group therapy to consumers who present with psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma related disorders and personality disturbances. The position will also provide individual psychology services to consumers in the CCT to:

Conduct psychological assessments and provide meaningful feedback as per the model of care, including diagnostic assessments, formulation, and suitability for group therapy

The department also manages a full range of endocrine (hormonal) conditions in children including thyroid, growth and puberty.
About the Role
The Department of Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes (DPED) administration officer is responsible for effective and efficient reception and administrative support to the DPED team. They will assist with the coordination and maintenance of office practices. They will undertake duties that contribute to the process of maintaining the DPED information management systems, recording and dissemination of information and general administration processes.

We are seeking an experienced Chef to work in our production kitchen at St Vincent’s Private Hospital to maintain high levels of professional standards in servicing patients across St Vincent’s Darlinghurst Campus.

Role Impact
Provide operational and strategic support to St Vincent’s (SVHM) clinical and non-clinical service directorates to support these directorates in managing and developing their teams and employees through contemporary People & Culture strategies and initiatives.
Lead a team of People & Culture (P&C) professionals to deliver outstanding customer service to managers and employees at SVHM adhering to HR SVHM policies, Enterprise Agreements, relevant employment legislation and in line with values of the organization.
Represent SVHM in Victorian Hospitals Industrial Association (VHIA) reference groups and lead SVHM representation to VHIA for all industrial matters including enterprise agreement negotiations, implementation and the ongoing management of iindustrial advice on the enterprise agreements.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Introduction to Speciality Practice in our Coronary Care Unit and develop your skills within a specialised cardiac environment.
This is a 12-month fixed-term, part-time position working 30 hours per week, commencing from February 2027.
The program is designed for a Division 1 Registered Nurse with acute nursing experience who is looking to build their knowledge and confidence in Coronary Care and cardiac nursing.
You will gain hands-on experience caring for patients with a range of acute and complex cardiac conditions, while developing your skills in cardiac monitoring, clinical assessment, recognising changes in patient condition and responding to clinical deterioration.
Working alongside experienced Coronary Care nurses and supported by dedicated Clinical Educators, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical practice in a structured and supportive environment.

In this role, you will:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients within the Coronary Care Unit.
- Develop your knowledge and skills in cardiac nursing and coronary care.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit and take the next step in their career.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills while providing high-quality, comprehensive care to critically ill patients. You will gain hands-on experience across a diverse patient cohort, including cardiothoracic, general surgical, medical, orthopaedic, and complex procedural cases.
This is a 6-month program designed for a Division One Registered Nurse who wishes to gain exposure in ICU. The Introduction to Specialty Practice (ISP) combines clinical exposure with theoretical learning in a supported environment. Caregivers who have completed the St John of God ISP are eligible to apply for 1 credit point for an elective unit of study towards the ICU Postgraduate Course at Deakin University. This programme will commence February 2027.
Throughout the program, you will be supported by dedicated Clinical Educators and a highly experienced team of Critical Care Registered Nurses, ensuring a strong learning environment and professional growth.
This position offers flexibility with both day and night shifts, as well as the option of 12-hour shifts for suitable candidates.

The Position
- Provides direct total patient care to patients to achieve identified outcomes in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures and Care Paths.
- Demonstrates knowledge of/and functions in accordance with legislation and common law affecting nursing practice and acknowledges accountability/responsibility for own actions.
- Maintains and promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships and effective teamwork, between staff, patient, relative, doctors and ancillary staff.
- Assists and collaborates with team members in the assessment of allocated patients.
- Communicates effectively with all members of care team and reports changes in patients' status to appropriate personnel.
- Initiates discharge planning on patients' admission to ensure appropriate use of all resources and the patient/family are well prepared for discharge.
- Ensures Infection Management policies and procedures are available to all staff and adhered to and implemented
You will hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, along with recent clinical experience in an acute care or relevant healthcare environment. A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a willingness to further develop your clinical skills in a critical care setting will be highly regarded.
To succeed in this role, you will have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to identify and effectively solve problems. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience.

- Salary: $85,480 to $107,881 (pro date for part time), plus12% superannuation
- Fixed part-time role, up to 60.8hours a fortnight.

About the Role
You will be an important member of our clinical unit by ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care to all patients. You will work within multi-disciplinary teams to provide effective and efficient evidence-based care, whilst also demonstrating commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
As the Unaccredited ENT Registrar, you would provide the day to day clinical management of patients under the supervision and direction of the Director of Otolaryngologist/ENT Surgery and ensure a high quality of patient care by adequately supervising junior medical staff.
This position will be 12 months based predominantly at Epworth Private Hospital, Richmond where 0.2EFT is contracted with SVHM and remaining contracted with Epworth.
Duties include:
- Assessing patients in clinic, emergency, planning operating schedules
- Operating with various levels of supervision
- monitoring post-operative progress of patients
- Ensure complete documentation of admission and progress notes
- Efficient running of the day to day activities of the unit
- Mentoring and teaching junior staff
- Unit audit and research activities
Classifications for this position will range from HM25 - HM30 ($129,048.40 - $177,622.12 per annum, pro-rata for part time)

About ENT Department
The Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Head and Neck Surgical Unit is accountable for the delivery of supervised clinical services to SVHM’s patients, through providing timely access to high quality clinical services for both emergency and elective patients, contributing to service evaluation and displaying a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
The Department provides specialist care in the diagnosis and management of conditions affecting the Ear, Nose and Throat, and Head and Neck and is a Statewide Referral Centre for ENT conditions.
The Department offers a high volume, quaternary comprehensive head and neck cancer program and has specialist expertise in the treatment of uncommon conditions impacting the base of the skull.
