- Selected for national government health trials thanks to its large patient database.
- Growing team of 14 GPs, expanding to 20 by mid next year, with plenty of scope to build long-term working relationships.
- On-site allied health and diagnostics, including psychology, dietetics, physiotherapy, geriatric medicine, Holter monitoring, ECG, pharmacy, pathology and dental, all under one roof.
- Earn up to $600,000 AUD (approximately £320,000) a year as an experienced GP, based on the current fee split.
- A 70/30 fee split in your favour.

South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking Registered Psychiatric Nurses to join Ngootyoong Prevention and Recovery Centre (PARC) in our role as Clinical Specialist. This role is responsible for applying clinical knowledge and expertise to the assessment, delivery of evidence-based treatment, and interventions for consumers with complex mental health needs, as well as their families and carers. You will be required to work a rotating 7-day roster, including morning, evening, night and weekend shifts.
PARC provides recovery-oriented treatment for people with, or at risk of developing, serious mental illness in a home-like setting. The service offers a supported residential environment for individuals who are becoming unwell or are in the early stages of recovery and would benefit from short-term (up to 28 days) or medium-term (up to six months) intensive treatment to strengthen their biological, psychological and social wellbeing. A two-week day program is also available.
What you bring- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a registered nurse; and completion of either Post Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing or Masters of Mental Health Nursing (or other relevant Post Graduate Course) or completion of a specialist undergraduate Mental Health Nursing program; and at least 5 years' experience in the provision of mental health services.
- Demonstrated skills in delivering psychiatric and recovery-oriented care.
- Ability to work effectively in both inpatient and community settings.
- A strong commitment to supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and their families.
