Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist, or eligibility to obtain registration
Recent clinical experience and demonstrated knowledge of physiotherapy management across a broad range of acute and/or subacute healthcare settings

Join our Secure Extended Care Unit (SECU), where nutrition plays an important role in supporting recovery, wellbeing and successful community reintegration.
As part of a collaborative team that includes Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Exercise Physiologists, Music Therapists, Psychiatrists and Nurses, you will play a pivotal role in delivering dietetic services that support consumers’ recovery and promote reintegration into the community.
You will play an integral role within SECU, providing comprehensive nutrition assessment, intervention and monitoring to support consumers’ physical health, mental wellbeing and recovery goals. This includes completing initial dietetic assessments, developing and reviewing individualised nutrition care plans, and providing ongoing dietetic management for consumers with a range of nutrition-related conditions and concerns. The Dietitian contributes specialist expertise to the multidisciplinary team by participating in clinical reviews, case discussions and care planning, supporting the management of nutrition-related illnesses, monitoring nutritional outcomes, and partnering with Diabetes Educators to ensure consumers with diabetes receive appropriate education and support. Also contributing to the ward’s group program and promotes healthy lifestyle interventions in collaboration with the broader rehabilitation team.
About Us
The Secure Extended Care Unit (SECU) is a 50 bed unit based at Dandenong Hospital that provides medium to long-term inpatient treatment and rehabilitation for people who have continuous and severe symptoms of mental illness. Monash Health SECU accepts people from the catchment areas of; Eastern Health, Peninsula Health, Monash Health and Alfred Health. Our collaborative multi-disciplinary team is made up of; Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Clinical and Neuro Psychologists, Exercise Physiologist, Dietician, Music Therapist, Psychiatrists and Mental Health Nurses. The multi-disciplinary team provide treatment and psychosocial rehabilitation programs optimising individual function, for return to community living. NDIS plays an integral part in providing psychosocial support and care for our consumers and families during their stay supporting community transition.

About the Role
Join our team as a Ward Clerk on a part-time ongoing basis at Monash Newborn (NEST).
Various shifts available including day and evening shifts, weekdays and weekends.
We guarantee that no two days will be the same.
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic ward clerk to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors both over the phone and face to face. On accepting this role, you will fast become an integral member of a cohesive team, working closely alongside nursing, medical and allied health staff. You should have efficient computer skills including knowledge and experience of Monash Health administration systems. Punctuality and professional presentation are important. You will be required to communicate effectively with staff and take a proactive approach to your duties
About Us
Monash Newborn is a 64 bed medical and surgical neonatal unit, with a reputation for delivering outstanding family centred care to neonates. Monash Newborn enjoys the many benefits of being co-located with the tertiary paediatric services at Monash Children’s Hospital, and the tertiary Maternity services at Monash Medical Centre. With the support of a broad range of paediatric sub specialists, almost all neonatal medical and surgical problems can be managed ‘in-house’ at Monash Newborn, with the exception only of open-heart surgery, ECMO, and major metabolic disorders. Having a premature or unwell baby in Monash Newborn places an enormous amount of stress on families. To ease the pressure on families and to make beds available for other infants in need, medically stable infants are down-transferred to a hospital closer to home as soon as possible.
Monash Newborn is overseen by two Nurse Managers, and 14 EFT of skilled and experienced Associate Nurse Managers (ANMs). In partnership with the Nurse Managers, the ANMs lead the team of Nurses who are committed to providing an excellent standard of health care to the newborn infant and their family. The Monash Newborn medical team consists of a team of Neonatal Consultants, Fellows, and NMOs. The medical team provide a round-the-clock in-house presence of staff, who are experienced in neonatal care. Monash Newborn has the support of a broad Multidisciplinary Allied Health team, including social work, physiotherapy, speech pathology, pharmacy, music therapy, occupational therapy and biomedical engineering.

Foster a positive, collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages effective communication, accountability and professional practice.
Monitor and contribute to quality improvement, risk management, clinical governance and patient safety initiatives within the perioperative services.
Assist with the implementation of departmental and hospital operational objectives, policies and procedures.

About You

About the Role

As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will play an integral role in ensuring trials are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with study protocols, regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP), while supporting high-quality care for patients participating in clinical research.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and managing a portfolio of complex international haematology clinical trials
Managing early-phase studies, including First-in-Human, Phase 1A/1B and Phase 2A/2B clinical trials
Coordinating participant activity and ensuring adherence to clinical trial protocols
Working collaboratively with Clinical Haematologists, Tumour Stream Leads, research staff and multidisciplinary clinical teams
Ensuring trial activities are conducted in accordance with study protocols, regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice
Maintaining accurate, complete and timely clinical trial documentation and data
Preparing trial data and documentation for onsite and remote monitoring visits
Managing and resolving clinical trial data queries in a timely manner
Liaising with pharmaceutical sponsors, monitors and other internal and external stakeholders
Contributing to the safe and effective delivery of clinical research within the Haematology Clinical Research Centre

Your Contribution:
You are an organised and experienced clinical trials professional with a strong understanding of complex clinical research and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and research outcomes.
You will bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Biomedical Science, Applied Science, or another relevant Allied Health or health-related discipline
A minimum of two years’ experience in clinical trial coordination
