Job Description General Description
The primary responsibilities of a SCRA include managing and overseeing clinical trials, delivering high-quality data within established timelines and following monitoring procedures compliant with GCP, ICH guidelines, local regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). CRAs collaborate closely with various stakeholders involved in clinical trials to support their setup and execution while safeguarding the rights and safety of trial participants.
Essential Functions Of The Job
- Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with the study protocol, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform Pre-Study Site Selection, initiation, routine monitoring, co-monitoring and close-out visits.
- Verify the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of case report forms (CRFs) and source documents.
- Identify and resolve site issues and provide appropriate training to site staff.
- Evaluates the quality and integrity of site practices, escalating quality issues as appropriate.
- Ensure proper documentation of study activities and timely data collection.
- Ensure study milestones are met as planned for assigned sites
- Maintain regular communication with investigators, site staff, and internal project teams.
- Assist with regulatory submissions, ethics submissions, and site contract negotiations as needed.
- Prepare monitoring visit reports and follow-up letters in a timely manner and as per applicable SOPs.
- Support audit readiness and participate in sponsor or regulatory inspections when necessary.
- Manages site performance by tracking recruitment and enrolment, case report form (CRF) completion, and data query resolution.
- Collaborates with CRA Group / CRM to ensure recruitment plans are executed and contingency plans are in place, as needed.
- Collaborates with study team members for study execution support as appropriate.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and handle time-sensitive deadlines throughout the study lifecycle.
- Attends onboarding, disease indication and project specific training and general CRA training as required.

The Opportunity As a Mental Health Clinician with CAMHS, you will provide discipline specific mental health assessments, treatment, and care coordination services for children, adolescents, and their families or carers. Working within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll collaborate with Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists/Clinical Psychologists in Training, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Nurses, and a Dietitian to deliver high-quality, family-centred care.
Our service offers specialist child, adolescent, and family-based mental health interventions, including individual, dyadic, and family therapy. About the opportunityThe Pain Service Senior Clinical Psychologist P3 is an exciting new role at Mercy Hospital for Women in Heidelberg. The Senior Clinical Psychologist provides psychological assessment, case formulation, psychoeducation and evidence based psychological interventions to outpatients of the Gynaecology Persistent Pelvic Pain Partnership Pathway (P5) Clinic.
Working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary Pain Service team based at MHW, the psychologist also provides consultation and liaison to the referring MHW unit and treating team; develops, promotes and improves psychological clinical service delivery, in consultation with the Director of Gynaecology, P5 Clinic Psychiatrist, and Director of Psychology; assists in the development and delivery of multidisciplinary pain management services; attends multidisciplinary reviews, providing consultation, psychoeducation and psychological strategies to assist staff, teams and families/carers. The psychologist may also be involved in supervision of Grade 2 Psychologists and Registrars.
What you'll bring- Current full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist, with Area of Practice Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist.
- A minimum of a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology in an APAC accredited postgraduate course.
- At least 5 years' experience as a Psychologist post full AHPRA registration.
- PsyBA approved Psychology Supervisor status (or eligible and working towards same).
- Strong interest/passion and clinical experience in women's health and chronic pain.
- Grade 2 clinical psychologists with significant interest and experience in women's health and chronic pain may be considered.
- Commitment to working within a recovery-oriented framework, with a compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective client care.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt, problem solve and prioritise workload.

- Has undertaken and continues to engage in professional development to further advance their management and leadership competencies
- A demonstrated knowledge and experience in the management and delivery of adult community mental health care services with a focus on recovery-oriented and strengths approaches that incorporate consumer collaboration in care planning.
- A demonstrated understanding of Workplace Health and Safety legislation
- A demonstrated understanding of quality improvement and the ability to manage change.
- Good computer literacy skills
- Current drivers licence (or a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position)
