That's why we've made it our mission to build the most engaged and passionate community of pets and pet parents across the world. And we're looking for talented team mates who can help us do it.
Founded in Sydney, our team of 500+ pet obsessives span Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. We've scaled to become one of Australia's top five eComm companies and the no.1 online pet store. But we're just getting started. Like a whippet who's spotted their mate across the dog park, our growth is only going to accelerate, as we continue to disrupt the way that pet parents shop.
Excitingly, the pet industry is booming (as in $15 billion kind of booming) and online pet retail is set to grow exponentially in the next five years. So this is a unique career opportunity to be part of our epic growth story.
The opportunity
This is a part-time casual role, fully on-site, based at our Pemulwuy pharmacy, operating hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Pet pharmacy is growing, and consumer habits are changing - Pet Circle is uniquely positioned to revolutionise this $500 Million market opportunity!

We believe in doing things differently, putting pets and their owners at the heart of every decision. By providing better choice, value, and convenience, we enable pet parents to enhance their pets' quality of life more easily than ever before.
We're looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented specialist to deliver high-volume customer support and help keep pharmacy operations moving accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
What you'll be doing
Deliver best-in-class customer service in a high-volume and complex environment, responding primarily through email and live chat, with some outbound calls.
Take end-to-end ownership of customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, prescription requirements and the pharmacy ordering process, working independently to resolve issues while meeting individual and team KPIs and SLAs.
Manage prescription-related administration and correspondence, supporting customers and veterinary clinics through each stage of the prescription process.
Complete administrative checks of prescription and order information in line with pharmacy SOPs and regulatory requirements, escalating discrepancies or matters requiring pharmacist review.
Accurately pick, pack, label and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Identify and resolve issues that may delay prescription processing, order fulfilment or delivery, liaising with customers, veterinary clinics, pharmacists and delivery partners as needed.
Support stock receipt, inventory management, order fulfilment and general pharmacy operations.
Maintain accurate customer, prescription and order records across customer service, order management and pharmacy systems.
Act as the Voice of the Customer by identifying recurring issues, sharing insights and contributing ideas to improve processes and the customer experience.
Move flexibly between customer experience and hands-on pharmacy operations based on daily volumes and priorities, with the opportunity to support additional dispensary activities over time following appropriate training.
The ideal toolbox
At least one year of experience in a fast-paced, KPI-driven customer service or operations environment. Pharmacy or dispensary experience is highly regarded but not essential.
High self-motivation and discipline to independently resolve customer issues, while collaborating closely with the team to achieve the best outcome.

A quick-learning, organised and resilient approach, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks under pressure.
A low-ego, team-first mindset and willingness to move between customer support and hands-on pharmacy operations.
A genuine interest in pets, pet health and supporting pet parents.

Flexible working environment

Volunteer days for the causes you care about
Why you'll want in
Looking after pets, and the pet parents who love them, is what gets us out of bed. That energy carries into how we work, and into what your days here would feel like.
You'll own your patch and have the room to act on it. We move fast and decide fast, and we'd rather test an idea and learn from it than sit on it. - Full-time
- Department: Project Management
At Orchard, we believe technology can make lives better for businesses, brands, and the people behind them. We exist to invent better outcomes through creativity and technology, and our delivery team is the engine that makes it real.
We're looking for a Program Manager (Health) to own delivery across one of our most significant health client portfolios while leading and developing the PM team around you. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll lead and run complex programs yourself while holding accountability for delivery quality, commercial health, client confidence, and team capability.
You'll work at the intersection of delivery leadership, health-sector governance, commercial management, and people development. You will create the structure that enables teams to move with confidence, surface risk early, and deliver high-quality work in a regulated environment.
What You'll Own
Delivery excellence you carry your own clients and programs. You estimate, build timelines, run governance, and navigate real briefs and real issues. You're in the work, not above it, while simultaneously leading the team around you and creating the conditions them to deliver at their best.
MLR governance - you ensure our delivery discipline includes the right amount of care for regulatory, medical, legal, and quality considerations. You will help teams create structure around review cycles, claims, references, approvals, documentation, and launch readiness while keeping delivery practical and outcome-focused.
Program visibility you maintain a clear view of your portfolio: milestones, dependencies, and risks. You surface problems early and come with options, not just issues.
Commercial accountability you track budget vs actual, manage scope change, and flag margin risk before it becomes a write-off. You understand the commercial shape of your portfolio and act on it. You also keep a close eye on pipeline: spotting forecast dips before they become gaps, identifying growth opportunities within existing clients, and actively contributing to new business efforts.
Team development you lead and coach a team of PMs with genuine investment. You build an environment where work is owned at the right level and people are empowered to deliver.
Client partnership you're the senior delivery contact, working closely with Account Direction to translate business objectives into executable programs. You build delivery credibility that retains and grows client relationships.
AI & continuous improvement you use Claude and other AI tools as a genuine part of how you work, bring new approaches back to the team, and help build Orchard's AI delivery capability from the inside out.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years working in advertising agencies as a Project Manager, Producer or hands-on Account Director, you have demonstrable end-to-end campaign delivery experience. Preference for healthcare clients or similarly regulated industries.
- Experience across multi-program portfolios with meaningful commercial responsibility
- Solid commercial instincts: you understand margin, own your forecasts, and manage scope change
- A people-first approach: you invest in the people running the work, not just the work itself
- Systems thinker who builds frameworks that scale and empowers others to carry them
- Calm, transparent, and decisive under pressure: you surface risk honestly and present clear options
- Hungry for growth: you spot opportunities within existing clients and actively pursue new business; you see pipeline health as part of your job, not someone else's
- Comfortable with ambiguity: you don't wait for a perfect brief to get moving; you create structure where there isn't any and make calls with incomplete information
- Active user of AI tools with genuine curiosity about where it's heading
- Committed to self-directed learning and bringing new thinking to the team
Highly regarded
- Experience delivering digital health, pharmaceutical, medical, or other regulated-sector programs.
- Familiarity with MLR review processes, Veeva workflows, claims frameworks, or reference-pack standards.
- Experience improving approval velocity, delivery predictability, or portfolio margin performance.
- A track record of developing PMs into confident, autonomous delivery leaders.
- Experience using AI tools to improve delivery quality, speed, and decision-making.
Why Orchard?
We're a creative and technology agency with serious delivery credentials, part of ASX-listed Enero Group with a client portfolio spanning health, consumer, and automotive sectors across Australia and the US.
You'll join a PM leadership cohort that genuinely raises the bar. People who care about craft, build real capabilities, and invest in each other. You'll have direct access to senior leadership, genuine autonomy in how you lead, and the chance to shape how AI changes delivery at one of the most progressive agencies in the market.
If you're the kind of person who turns ambiguity into structure, builds teams that don't need you for every answer, and gets genuinely excited about what AI can do for delivery, we'd love to hear from you.
Orchard Marketing is part of the Enero Group. As a Group, we proudly acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we operate, the Gadigal People of the Eora Nation. Our Innovate, Level 2, RAP endorsement aims to nurture, develop, encourage, and include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander talent, partners, and advisors both in our own agency, and across the broader industry. As such, we encourage peoples of all backgrounds to apply.
