- Commitment to team and self-development
- A commitment to leading through GV Health's CREATE values
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, or eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers
- Lead an established and highly regarded Aged Care Assessment service with significant regional impact
- Play a key leadership role during one of the biggest transformations in Australia's aged care sector

- Join one of Victoria's largest regional public health services
- Be supported by a collaborative team and wider divisional teams
- Access leadership development, mentoring and professional growth opportunities
- Enjoy a broad portfolio encompassing workforce development, service development, governance and strategic planning
- Live and work in a thriving regional community offering a great family-friendly lifestyle without metropolitan commuting pressures
