- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, systems and team performance
- Deliver paediatric assessment and intervention across presentations including Autism, ADHD, PDA, CAS and more
- Deliver individual and group sessions in a 100% clinic-based role
- Clinician-led - your leaders understand clinical work because they've done it themselves
- A team that actually connects - we value strong relationships, collaboration and having fun together, with regular lunches and celebrations
- Your voice matters - work closely with leadership to influence the future direction of DSKC
- A mission with purpose - empowering families through education, support and excellent allied health services
- Are a qualified Speech Pathologist with current SPA registration
- Have 3+ years' experience, including demonstrated clinical supervision experience
- Value genuine connection - you make an effort to build strong relationships with your colleagues and leadership, and want to work closely with us to lead and grow the organisation together
- Are passionate about neurodivergent children and family-centred practice

Senior Product Manager, Growth

We're Heidi.
We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. Our platform has absorbed the administrative chaos of 175 million patient visits and supported 67 million clinical hours. Today, we support 2.8 million patient sessions a week across 190+ countries, in 110 languages and over 200 specialties.
Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world's capacity for care and strengthen the human connection at its heart.
We found product-market fit with a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love. Now, we're expanding. Every task a clinician hands to Heidi is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again.
We've grown annual recurring revenue from $1 million to $50 million in two years.
To go further, we've secured US$340 million: a $100 million Series C led by Blackbird, with Phoenix Court, Point72 Private Investments and Headline, alongside a $240 million growth investment led by General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund.
The roleGrowth at an AI-native company is different. This isn't about A/B testing button colours or optimising email subject lines. It's about identifying the mechanics that will drive the company into the future, and building the product experiences that get us there.
We're looking for a Product Manager who can find those mechanics, prove they are correct, and improve them, with analytical rigour and excellent product intuition.
You will own the mechanics that turn Heidi users into Heidi advocates, the viral loops, first-time experiences, and adoption patterns that fuel our growth. At Heidi, we grew from zero to hundreds of thousands of clinicians not through growth hacks, but because the product turned every user into an advocate. The next chapter demands we do this again, at 10x the scale.
You'll partner closely with engineering, design, and platform teams to continuously raise the bar on quality across every surface.
We don't care about logos, the traditional insignia of competence. We'll evaluate senior well-credentialed candidates and young, hungry hopefuls alike.
-
What you'll do
Own the product strategy and roadmap for our growth mechanics. From viral loops, the first-time experience, and monetisation
Find the mechanics that will drive the company forward, evangelise them internally, and keep making them better
Analyse user behaviour to identify friction points and opportunities in the user journey
Ship meaningful improvements by working closely with engineering and design, understanding that small changes affect millions of sessions weekly
Sweat the details that separate good software from beloved software; microinteractions most PMs wouldn't notice
Maintain high standards for issue-tracking hygiene, design system consistency, and team shipping practices
Collaborate with Marketing on initiatives across all distribution channels
Build dashboards and reports that help the team understand what's working and why
-
If we'd worked together the last 6 weeks, you'd have:
Sat on customer calls and worked out how clinicians actually discover Heidi, and what makes them suggest it to a colleague
Shipped an experiment on the signup flow and known, within the week, whether week-one retention moved
Built a dashboard tracking sharing behaviour across different user segments to identify our highest-potential referrers
Explained why one specialty retains and another doesn't, with the data in front of Growth leadership
Submitted a code fix yourself when you got frustrated waiting - an event-tracking gap, or a simple UI change
-
What you'll need
4+ years shipping product, though we care more about what you've built than time served
Strong analytical skills - comfortable with data, experimentation, and making decisions based on metrics
Intellectual curiosity about why users behave the way they do and how products can influence behaviour ethically
Comfort with ambiguity - growth work focuses on what actually moves the needle, not following a playbook
A romantic streak about software and a belief that great design transforms someone's day
Consumer product craft in B2B contexts where you refused to compromise on polish
You build with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, whatever ships faster) and can show what you've made with them
You default to building over requesting
Strong opinions, weakly held; you'll shift the room when you're right
Data fluency with diagnostic teeth; you can read an Amplitude dashboard and tell a product problem from a tracking bug from a segment effect
-
If you answer 'NO' to these questions, this may not be the job for you:
Are you an execution powerhouse?
Have you shipped something this week?
Are you good at games?
Did you have a weird teenage hobby?
Are you able to execute without a legion of data analysts, product marketers, and research coordinators at your beck and call?
Does the prospect of making health systems a lot nicer make you feel fuzzy inside?
Build for the next decade, not next quarter. Our targets are outrageous on purpose. The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism.
Lead, don't wait. We treat tomorrow's problems today. Sometimes we build what's needed before it's wanted, and we're fine with that.
Follow the evidence. Trust the patient. We pursue truth relentlessly. But when the subjective and objective disagree, we treat the patient, not the numbers. Ego is a comorbidity we can't afford.
Own the outcome. Everyone here carries the company. Raise problems with solutions, solve them end-to-end, and never be a bystander.
Ship, measure, go again. A button today, a workflow tomorrow. More iterations beat better planning. We're precise at pace, not reckless.
Live in clinicians' reality. Not the ideal workflow, the twenty-patients-before-lunch actual one. We build for exhausted humans, and we'd better be decent ones while we do it.
How we show up
Build for the next decade, not next quarter. Our targets are outrageous on purpose. The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism.
Lead, don't wait. We treat tomorrow's problems today. Sometimes we build what's needed before it's wanted, and we're fine with that.

Why Heidi?
You'll join a team measured on real-world impact, not press cycles. We live and breathe the challenges of modern health systems, and are laser-focused on exacting the change we'd like to see. We're medicos, engineers, builders and designers who've felt (on every side of the equation) what non-care feels like, the moral and practical toll as a provider or receiver.
Building what we're building isn't always easy. Standard tech playbooks routinely fail in healthcare, and the friction of the medical system will test your perseverance. But we didn't choose easy, we chose a purpose-driven mission that actually matters. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because healthcare demands it. If you join Heidi, you recognize that the deeper question isn't whether AI can solve the global healthcare crisis, but whose hands will shape it.
True A-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale-up game is demanding, but we value sustainable performance and mental health. You're trusted to perform, and you set your schedule. We operate on outcomes > inputs, not process theatre. We all take the bins out, metaphorically and literally.
We take care of you.
We offer a $1,000 annual learning and development budget, a $150/month health and wellness allowance, a $500 home office budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave and 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to $10,000, four weeks of work from anywhere per year, and serious equity.
We chose to open-source our benefits hub, if you care to take a peek.
