We're Heidi.
We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. In just 18 months, our clinical AI products have absorbed the administrative chaos of 73 million patient visits. Today, we support over 2.5 million patient sessions a week across 190+ countries.
Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world's healthcare capacity and strengthen the human connection at its heart.
We found product-market fit with a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love. Now, we're expanding. Every task a clinician hands to Heidi is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again.
If you don't choose easy and you want to build something way bigger than yourself then, choose the challenge, choose Heidi.
The role
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! We're hiring a Head of Customer Education to define and scale how healthcare organizations and providers around the world learn, adopt, and succeed with an AI Care Partner.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success this role sits at the intersection of customer experience, healthcare workflows, enablement, and commercial outcomes. You will work across Customer Success, Support, Product, Sales, and Clinical teams to build education programs that accelerate adoption, improve customer outcomes, support expansion opportunities, and help enterprise customers successfully operationalize Heidi at scale.
This role spans a wide range of healthcare environments and specialties, including hospitals, emergency departments, veterinary, home health, allied health, physiotherapy, mental health, dental, specialist care, and more.
To start, this is a hands on player coach role. You won't just define the education strategy - you'll help build the operating model, create scalable learning experiences, support strategic enterprise implementations, and develop a global training capability that grows with the business.
What you'll do
Define customer learning and adoption strategies
Partner with Customer Success, Product, Clinical, and Enterprise teams to define what successful onboarding, activation, adoption, and workflow integration look like across different healthcare settings and customer segments.
Build scalable education programs
Create and continuously improve eLearning, onboarding pathways, certifications, workshops, videos, guides, and self serve learning experiences that help customers realize value quickly and confidently adopt Heidi into daily clinical workflows.
Develop enterprise training programs
Work closely with Customer Success and Enterprise teams to build tailored education and rollout plans for strategic customers, supporting large scale implementations, change management, workflow redesign, and long term adoption success.
Drive commercial customer outcomes
Help improve customer retention, expansion readiness, product utilization, and implementation success through effective education and operational enablement. Partner with customer facing teams during strategic enterprise engagements where training and adoption are critical to success.
Build and mobilize the global training network
Manage and coordinate in field trainers across geographies, including both contractors and full time team members, ensuring customers receive high quality and locally relevant training experiences globally.
Own education operations and measurement
Establish success metrics, track education effectiveness and customer adoption, and build operational systems that help scale customer education efficiently as Heidi continues to grow globally.
Be a builder
Get into the detail, test and iterate quickly, and turn ideas into practical systems and learning experiences that providers and customer teams actually use.
What you'll need
- Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, Customer Success, Implementation, or Learning & Development in a SaaS or healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of customer adoption, change management, and operational enablement
- Experience building scalable eLearning and customer education programs
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect education outcomes to customer retention, expansion, and long term value
- Practical and hands on: able to move between strategy and execution without losing momentum
- Strong communicator who can bring clarity across technical, operational, and clinical stakeholders
- Experience managing trainers, facilitators, or distributed enablement programs is highly valued
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred
How we show up
- Build for the next decade, not next quarter. Our targets are outrageous on purpose. The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism.
- Lead, don't wait. We treat tomorrow's problems today. Sometimes we build what's needed before it's wanted, and we're fine with that.
- Follow the evidence. Trust the patient. We pursue truth relentlessly. But when the subjective and objective disagree, we treat the patient, not the numbers. Ego is a comorbidity we can't afford.
- Own the outcome. Everyone here carries the company. Raise problems with solutions, solve them end to end, and never be a bystander.
- Ship, measure, go again. A button today, a workflow tomorrow. More iterations beat better planning. We're precise at pace, not reckless.
- Live in clinicians' reality. Not the ideal workflow, the twenty patients before lunch actual one. We build for exhausted humans, and we'd better be decent ones while we do it.
Why Heidi?
You'll join a team focused on real world impact over imaginary valuations and glossy PR. We live and breathe the challenges of modern health systems, and are laser focused on exacting the change we'd like to see. We're medicos, engineers, builders, and designers who've felt the moral and practical toll of what non care feels like. True A players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale up game is demanding, but we value sustainable performance and mental health. You're trusted to perform, and you set your schedule. We operate on outcomes > inputs, not process theatre. We all take the bins out, metaphorically and literally.
Building what we're building isn't always easy. But we didn't choose easy, we chose to build something that actually matters. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because healthcare demands it. If you join Heidi, you recognise that the deeper question isn't whether AI can solve the global healthcare crisis, but whose hands will shape it. The work is hard, but you will trust and admire the people you work beside, and rest easy knowing you're doing the defining work of your career.
We take care of you.
We offer a $1,000 annual learning and development budget, a $150/month health and wellness allowance, a $500 home office budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave and 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to $10,000, four weeks of work from anywhere per year, and serious equity.

If you don't choose easy and you want to build something way bigger than yourself then, choose the challenge, choose Heidi.
A bit about the Communications teamWe're the voice of Heidi to the outside world, responsible for building and protecting our reputation. We turn what's happening inside the company into impactful stories that land with media, clinicians, patients and the world.
We work across markets, turning our global narratives into highly localised stories, whether its press releases, thought leadership or in ternal messaging. We move fast, but we think long and hard.
Our Communications team is small but mighty. We manage big strategic global projects, from market launches to major product announcements, but we're also responsible for the unexpected ad hoc tasks that come from working across a 600-person global team.
You will be the person to help us triage each request, and who steps back to see how it fits into the bigger picture.
The roleWe're looking for an operations expert to help scale the Communications team's impact across a fast growing company. You'll bring order to the team's workload and own the workflows that keep our messaging consistent, both internally and externally, across the team and our biggest stakeholders, customers and the public.
You're the operational backbone that lets the team focus on delivering the message. Your job is to build the frameworks that let Comms think ahead to the next 6 months, not just get through the week.
Reporting into the Head of Comms, this is a hands on role for someone who loves a good story, but gets just as much satisfaction from building the machine that gets it out the door.
What you'll do Own the operating rhythmOwn end to end ops: build cadences, trackers and meeting rhythms; refine reporting and alignment rituals so the right people get the right info at the right time. Keep daily work, review cycles and deadlines moving, and turn comms plans into action.
Comms output product & qualityAnything going out under Heidi's name moves through you. From intake through to release, you'll check everything against regulatory and brand standards before it ships. You'll bring sharp editorial judgment grounded in strong media relations and writing craft.
Capacity managementYou know what the team has capacity for and what should wait. When priorities collide, you make the call.
Manage our partnersHave oversight over the budgets and delivery frameworks for PR agencies, vendors and partners.
Be the connective tissueThe link between comms, brand, field and product marketing teams. Coordinating cross company projects and flagging issues early; translating commercial and clinical updates into a comms plan people can act on.
Systems & metricsIf something happens twice, you build the template. You know how to use AI tools to move faster, and you track performance against the goals we've set, but keep iterating as Heidi grows.
What we're looking for5-8 years' experience in business operations, communications strategy or consulting within a fast scaling tech environment
Proven ability to step into ambiguous operational challenges and structure clear, scalable systems
Comfort using data to validate the efficiency of communication channels and programs
Experience partnering directly with executive leadership, founders and cross border teams
A strong affinity for turning dry metrics or long documentation into clear, visual internal storytelling
Experience in a scaleup, agency or in house comms team
Proven experience managing external partners such as PR agencies, freelance writers and media contacts
Calm under pressure and excellent at managing multiple priorities in fast moving environments, including live news cycles
Strong systems thinker with a do once, build it properly mindset
Strong experience using project management tools to manage comms workflows, ideally Linear and Notion
Clear, confident internal communicator
Genuinely strong editorial judgment and care for accuracy
Proactive, accountable and highly organized
Comfortable using AI tools to move faster, or excited to learn

The role
Enterprise, hospital and health network customers, is Heidi's fastest-growing segment, and it has reached the size where it needs a dedicated leader rather than a shared responsibility split across other roles.
The foundational processes that fueled our initial growth must now be evolved into a sophisticated, repeatable enterprise customer success ecosystem backed by clear data, robust playbooks, and a world-class team.
What you'll do
Champion Net Retention, take full accountability across the enterprise portfolio, delivering regular strategic performance updates to executive leadership.
Drive account growth, actively identify and capture organic expansion opportunities within our existing customer base to maximize account value, moving well beyond simple account preservation.
Master the pilot conversion motion, design and manage a seamless pilot conversion motion, ensuring our partners who begin their engagements by piloting our products successfully convert into long-term partnerships for scale.
Meet customer needs. Plan capacity, hire and retain talent, and invest in the team's skills and culture as the segment grows.
Partner with Sales on a single commercial and implementation plan, so every enterprise customer is set up to succeed from the moment the contract is signed, not after something goes wrong.
Run a clear Account Plan and QBR cadence with every enterprise account, so nothing is being managed from memory.
Build and mentor talent, forecast organisational capacity, recruit top-tier Customer Success Managers, and cultivate a high-performance culture focused on continuous skill development to match our growth trajectory.
Bridge the Product Loop, translate frontline enterprise feedback and operational data into clear, actionable insights for our Product and Engineering teams to directly influence the product roadmap.
Collaborate with Support on a clean handoff for every account, and keep a live view of account health once it lands there.
What you'll need
- 8+ years in customer success or account management, including 3+ years leading a CSM team inside a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- A track record of owning enterprise accounts (large, complex, multi-stakeholder), not a portfolio of small logos.
- Experience building CS programs, playbooks, or segmentation from scratch, not just running an existing one.
- Fluency in SaaS retention metrics (NRR, GRR, expansion) and comfort with CS or CRM tooling such as Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero, or Salesforce.
- Executive communication skills. You can hold a room with a practitioner and a room with a C-suite equally well.
- Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or another regulated industry is a strong plus, not a requirement.
Nice to have
- Experience with public health systems or government procurement.
- Experience scaling a customer success function across multiple regions.
- Clinical or EHR domain knowledge.
What success looks like
30 days: You've mapped the current enterprise journey end to end with clear internal and customer-facing documentation. We have a plan for large-scale rollouts with some of the most prestigious health organizations in the region. We are scoping how to drive NRR and have a plan to do it.
60 days: The team has a documented Account Plan and QBR playbook and a real operating cadence, and you have a first clear view of where retention or expansion is at risk.
90 days: You've presented a capacity and scaling plan to leadership, and enterprise customers can feel the difference in how consistently they're supported. Renewals playbook is in Hubspot and readable dashboards.
Raise problems with solutions, solve them end-to-end, and never be a bystander.
- Ship, measure, go again. A button today, a workflow tomorrow. More iterations beat better planning. We're precise at pace, not reckless.
- Live in clinicians' reality. Not the ideal workflow, the twenty-patients-before-lunch actual one. We build for exhausted humans, and we'd better be decent ones while we do it.
Why Heidi?
You'll join a team focused on real-world impact over imaginary valuations and glossy PR. We live and breathe the challenges of modern health systems, and are laser-focused on exacting the change we'd like to see. We're medicos, engineers, builders, and designers who've felt the moral and practical toll of what non-care feels like. True A-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale-up game is demanding, but we value sustainable performance and mental health.
If you join Heidi, you recognise that the deeper question isn't whetherAI can solve the global healthcare crisis, but whose hands will shape it.

The RoleHeidi's enterprise pipeline has scaled faster than the operating infrastructure behind it. Across every region, independently, the same gap keeps surfacing: a dedicated technical leader who owns the post-sales delivery of a signed contract through to a live, stable deployment. Not a project coordinator. Not an extended CSM. Someone who can sit with a hospital's IT team, sort out their identity environment, get the integration running correctly, and own that outcome. You will build the team, methodology, governance, metrics and cross-functional interfaces required to make implementation a competitive advantage.
This role reports into the Head of Program Management, sitting within the Programs function alongside Integrations and Enterprise.
What You'll DoOwn the full technical deployment lifecycle: scope confirmation, environment readiness, configuration, integration, cutover, go-live and stabilisation through to handover to CS
Build the implementation methodology from the ground up - stage gates, readiness criteria, templates, risk controls and executive reporting that work across health system sizes and regions
Run a central portfolio across all the technical components of enterprise deployments above threshold, including: staffing, sequencing, capacity planning, and trade-offs made at the business level
Build and lead the team: Implementation managers and engineering capacity across regions
Own the technical readiness process: get into deals early enough to confirm SSO, integration and environment requirements before they become go-live blockers
Define the interface with Product and Engineering: structured, evidence-based escalations for real product gaps, separated cleanly from deployment configuration
Set the metrics: time to technical onboarding, go-live milestone attainment, activated clinicians, implementation variance across comparable deployments
Recruit, develop and performance-manage a high-agency implementation team across regions
Stood up a single portfolio view across multiple concurrent enterprise deployments, spotted capacity conflicts, and made the resourcing call before either became a customer problem
Scoped a complex on-prem deployment end-to-end with a health system's security, IT and procurement teams - requirements confirmed, sign-off timeline agreed, plan in writing before engineering committed a day
Made a build-vs-configure call on an EHR integration request, proved it was a deployment problem not a product gap, and closed it in four days rather than putting it in the roadmap
Run the kickoff for a five-site rollout: executive steering committee in the morning, IT dependency review with the trust's infrastructure team in the afternoon
Hired an Implementation Manager, handed them their first account, and had them running independently inside three weeks because the playbook was actually usable
Proposed a pre-signature checklist with Sales and Solutions Engineering so environment requirements are confirmed before contract, not after
Significant experience building or leading enterprise implementation in healthcare software - health systems, EHR-integrated products, clinical AI, or complex clinical workflow platforms
You've run multi-site deployments involving clinicians, IT, security, procurement, legal and executive sponsors, and done it more than once
You've managed implementation leaders and technical implementation resources, not just delivered projects yourself
Real fluency with enterprise health IT: SSO and identity management, EHR integration patterns, clinical governance and sign-off processes
Executive credibility with CIOs, CMIOs and health system operational leaders
Judgment on the scope boundary: you know when a customer problem is a deployment problem, a configuration problem, or a product problem - and the spine to call it
Comfort building process while simultaneously delivering
Have you personally turned a chaotic enterprise deployment into a repeatable system?
Do you find the politics of a health system IT environment more interesting than frustrating?
Can you run an executive steering committee and a technical dependency review in the same day without losing altitude?
Are you better at building the machine than running a machine someone else built?
Does the idea of making health systems dramatically easier to work in feel like a worthwhile way to spend the next few years?
