We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care.
We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care. Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness. Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Our Growth Story- Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets
- Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS
- Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada.
We're looking for a Procurement Lead to own sourcing, supplier, and category strategy across Eucalyptus AU's product categories as the business scales and integrates the Hims and Hers portfolio into the Australian market.
This is a senior individual contributor role: you are the category strategist for procurement, not just executing tenders, but designing the category strategy, running supplier performance, and partnering with Commercial and Clinical to bring new product lines to market. The role reports to the Head of Supply Chain and works closely with the Warehouse and Inventory Manager, the Fulfilment function, Legal and Compliance, and the Commercial team.
Commercial strategy is set by the Commercial team; this role builds an aligned category strategy on top of it. You'll also get an initial, lightweight S&OP cadence going, laying the groundwork for a dedicated planning hire in future rather than permanently owning that function.
As Our Procurement Lead, You Will- Build the category strategy in partnership with Commercial: translate the commercial strategy into an aligned sourcing and negotiation strategy across Eucalyptus AU's product categories, defining the negotiation levers that secure competitive landed costs and leveraging Hims and Hers' global supplier relationships for Australian requirements.
- Kick-start the S&OP process: stand up an initial, lightweight sales and operations planning cadence anchored on supplier performance and cost/margin tracking, use the demand and supply signals this generates to sharpen supplier negotiations, and progressively bring in inventory and other planning inputs as the team grows, laying the groundwork for a dedicated planning function in future.
- Own supplier performance and quarterly business reviews: run structured QBRs with strategic suppliers, set and track performance scorecards across quality, service, cost, and lead-time, and lead formal performance improvement plans where suppliers fall short.
- Partner with Commercial and Clinical on new product lines: own the procurement and supply side of bringing new categories to market, including TGA/ARTG registration readiness, supplier onboarding, and launch stock planning.
- Design the supply-risk framework and own COGS: build the framework for identifying and mitigating supply risk across categories and maintain a current, SKU-level view of landed cost, proactively identifying opportunities to protect margin as the portfolio grows.
- Design the contract and compliance framework with Legal: establish contracting standards and templates in partnership with Legal and Compliance, and ensure all products meet Australian labelling and ARTG-compliant requirements, with import duties, customs, and biosecurity obligations managed for inbound product.
- Coach the team: as the senior IC in procurement, coach more junior team members, practise radical candour, and set the quality standard for how the function sources and contracts.
- 6+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally within FMCG, pharma, healthcare, or another regulated consumer-goods environment, with a track record of owning a category end-to-end.
- A proven commercial negotiator who has designed and delivered category strategies and measurable savings, not just run tenders under a defined process.
- Experienced in running supplier QBRs and leading structured performance improvement, with a partnership approach to key suppliers.
- Working knowledge of Australian import, labelling, and regulatory requirements; TGA/ARTG familiarity is highly desirable.
- Comfortable designing frameworks (supply-risk, contracting standards, sourcing strategy) in partnership with Legal and Compliance, rather than only operating within frameworks others have set.
- A self-starter and strong cross-functional partner, able to translate commercial strategy into an aligned category plan and stand up an S&OP cadence from scratch.
- Analytical and fluent with cost and margin data; ERP and procurement system experience is advantageous.
- A natural coach who raises the quality bar for those around them and models inclusion.
- Resilient and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-scaling, post-acquisition environment as the product portfolio and supplier base evolve.
Euc is also behind a growing family of digital healthcare clinics (Pilot, Kin, Software, Compound) across men's health and well-being, fertility, skincare, and preventative health.
Here's What Makes Joining Euc Unique- What's next - Our goal for the next three years is to support 1 million patients globally to live better for longer. We're launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we build a truly preventive healthcare ecosystem.
- Build something world-changing - We're on the path to becoming the world's largest international digital healthcare company. It will be challenging, fast-paced, and deeply rewarding.
- Make real impact - You will deliver work that directly shapes patient outcomes and scales evidence-based care across markets.
- Accelerate your growth - You will have high ownership, continuous feedback, and dedicated development support.
- Join a motivated team - You will collaborate with talented peers to solve complex clinical and operational problems at scale.
- Grow with us globally - Get mentorship from leaders across Australia, the UK, Germany, and Japan, collaborate with teams in the Philippines and South Africa, and explore new markets or travel internationally. - Shape your career - Access learning budgets, conferences, certifications, peer shadowing, and a global knowledge-sharing culture.
- Work where well-being matters - Experience catered wellness talks, exercise classes, free barista coffees, funded social clubs, and quarterly rooftop parties.
- Innovate with purpose - Use state-of-the-art tools and contribute to bold, impactful solutions in healthcare.
- Support at every stage - Benefit from parental and miscarriage leave, health, professional development, personal days, and our Employee Assistance Program.
At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings.
