About the role
- Support Neurology research and clinical trials, specialising in Alzheimer's disease and Mild Cognitive Impairment through neuropsychological assessment, participant case management, data collection and broader research activities
- Conduct protocol-required measures and assessments, ensuring study documentation is accurately completed and maintained across patient medical records, CRFs and electronic data capture systems
- Maintain accurate study documentation in accordance with ICH-GCP standards, and participate in clinical research meetings, quality audits and reviews to support the progress and quality of studies

About you

The Role
The Neonatal Division Nursing Co-Director (along with the Medical Co-Director) is jointly responsible and accountable for achieving the day to day operational management of the Neonatal Division. These will be achieved in accordance with the policies of NSW Health, SESLHD, RHW, and other relevant legislative and statutory bodies. The Co-Directors will provide vision and leadership in the Division and will foster excellence in the delivery of clinical services, corporate responsibilities, and in teaching and research. The Co-Directors will together direct the day to day clinical and corporate activities of the Division consistent with Hospital objectives through a structure that facilitates participatory management with department heads and senior managers, decentralisation of decision-making, and teamwork in the provision of clinical services. The Co-Directors will be required to represent and promote the hospital through participation on committees and professional bodies as required. This role represents a collaborative partnership with the Medical Clinical Co-Directors. Whilst the Neonatal Division Medical and Nursing Clinical Co-Directors have different time commitments to the co-directorship, both Co-Directors are jointly accountable for forming a partnership to plan, co-ordinate and deliver the clinical services of the Division.

Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking a Director of Child and Adolescent Mental Health to join our Mental Health Services team.
The Director Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service SLHD holds responsibility as the medical leader and manager of the clinical services, medical staff and training, research and quality programs and other functions relevant to the Service. The Director will work within the SLHD Mental Health Executive to ensure activities within the Service align to broader SLHD objectives.
The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service provides specialist mental health services to children and adolescents from 5-18 years of age and their families. These services are provided at outpatient clinics and in community settings. The Rivendell Adolescent Unit provides hospital-based care for adolescents in school years 7-12 in collaboration with the NSW Department of Education. Walker Unit at Concord Centre for Mental Health is a NSW-wide specialist adolescent unit for young people with a history of multiple or prolonged mental health unit admissions. Non-admitted services are provided by Community Adolescent Outreach Services at Camperdown and Canterbury Community Health Centres, and the Safeguards team and outpatient services at Rivendell.
The Director Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service will work in collaboration with medical nursing and allied health colleagues to promote evidence-based practice and innovation for excellence in care and continuous improvement. The Director will also manage clinical quality, critical incidents and complaints, financial management and performance of the service and operation of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service facilities. In addition to their Director role, they will provide clinical management of patients as part of the senior medical workforce and within their approved scope of clinical practice.
As clinical leader, they will enhance clinical engagement and professional practice and standards, as well as a culture of respect for the individual, teamwork and continuous performance improvement.
The successful applicant will be a current registered Medical practitioner, registered or eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrist (RANZCP) and/or other equivalent specialist recognition as provided for in the NSW Staff Specialists (State) Award.

About the roleThe Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) is a community-based, multidisciplinary service dedicated to supporting people who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness.
Lead one of four primary Homeless Health Teams within HOT, providing nursing leadership and clinical oversight, with overall responsibility for budget and human resource management, while maintaining a strong focus on patient flow, patient care and service delivery.
Lead a community-based, multidisciplinary service dedicated to improving access to healthcare for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness through a person-centred, trauma-informed and harm-minimisation approach.
Work collaboratively with local health providers, housing services, government agencies and non-government organisations to deliver assessment, treatment, education, support, advocacy, referral and care coordination, and assisting clients to obtain and maintain safe and stable housing.
Oversee intake and referrals to the Homeless Health Service (HHS) through a "no wrong door" approach, ensuring people are connected to the right services regardless of how they enter the system.
Oversee daily health outreach clinics across multiple locations throughout the city, as well as street outreach, in partnership with government and community homelessness services, bringing healthcare directly to those who may otherwise face barriers to access.
Deliver brief interventions, health assessments, treatment, referral pathways and care coordination to support individuals in accessing mainstream health services of their choice.
About youCurrently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Postgraduate tertiary qualification in a clinical specialty or management or a commitment to undertake postgraduate studies within 12 months; equivalent experience may be considered.
Demonstrated operational, financial, human resource and workplace health and safety management experience at a departmental level, with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Comprehensive understanding of clinical governance and current nursing issues and demonstrated experience leading quality improvement initiatives, including the development, implementation, evaluation, and review of clinical policies, procedures, and service improvement strategies.
Proven ability to lead and support the delivery of evidence-based, patient-centred care within a complex healthcare environment, integrating theoretical knowledge, clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis into daily practice.

Whatyou'llbe doing
As a Staff Specialist in Rehabilitation Medicine, you will:
- Provide comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation care within the 16-bed Rehabilitation Unit at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital (with planned expansion capacity to 24 beds)
- Deliver consultative services to acute medical patients
- Provide outpatient rehabilitation clinics, including prosthetic, orthotic, spasticity (botulinum toxin), and high-risk foot clinics
- Contribute to outreach services across the MLHD, including Narrandera, Temora, Tumut, and other sites via on-site visits and telehealth
- Provide clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Supervise and support junior medical staff
- Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, education, and research activities
- Contribute to on-call and rostered responsibilities as required

The TSH Nurse Bank offers you the opportunity for extended rotations in exciting clinical areas, professional development and clinical support. The Nurse Bank Registered Nurses are allocated across the facility to backfill temporary vacancies for example, maternity leave relief and long service leave. This model differs from a casual pool model. Opportunities will be provided to move from the nurse bank to permanent positions on other units at The Sutherland Hospital as vacancies arise. Opportunities include all specialties across the site.
Positions in the staff bank are either Full-time or Part-time with a minimum of 2 days per week. To be eligible for a position, you must have current Australian work rights, have completed a Transition to Professional Practice Program and have the ability to participate in a seven day rotating roster.

The program provides an opportunity for newly graduated EN's to undertake two rotations in a variety of units/departments during the 12-month program.
The Enrolled Nurse delivers high quality nursing care to patients/clients of The Sutherland Hospital consistent with SESLHD and The Sutherland Hospital policies, procedures and standards.
The Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse and assists in the provision of nursing care. Enrolled Nurses retain responsibility for their personal actions whilst remaining accountable to the Registered Nurse for delegated functions.

About the Role
Royal Prince Alfred Hospital provides a comprehensive range of clinical services to the residents of Sydney Local Health District and has specialised areas of practice in Renal and Hepatic organ transplant, Haematology and stem cell transplant, cardiology and specialised surgery. The pharmacy department also provides a clinical trials, outpatient and production unit service.
The opportunity exists for a suitable candidate to join the dynamic Pharmacy Department at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital as the Senior Pharmacist - Inventory Manager. The role is offered as a permanent fulltime position and reports to the Deputy Director of Pharmacy. Opportunities for a job share will be considered. Responsibilities include the efficient distribution of medicines throughout the facility, the management of the Pharmacy Stores staff and a light clinical or operational role as requested by the Director of Pharmacy which may including supporting PBS claim and Medicare activities. The position requires close liaison with the Director of Pharmacy and all other senior staff of the department.
- Has full registration with the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with no restrictions on scope of practice.
- Extensive experience in hospital pharmacy practice, preferably in a large teaching hospital, including experience managing the provision of pharmacy services in accordance with National Safety and Quality Health Standards.
- Proven ability and commitment to effectively role model, champion and promote teamwork, manage and develop staff and the ability to recognise and develop talent, build co-operation and overcome barriers to teamwork, communication and collaboration.
