Accountabilities- Study Specific Engagement Activities Early engagement - Country and Site Feasibility
- Supports the Study Site Engagement Lead (SSEL)/ SSE Program Lead (SSE-PL)/SSE Study Lead (SSE-SL) with the development of study site list for feasibility - site selection and aids in tracking feasibility progress and escalations for SSEL/LOC support.
- Reports any discrepancy on feasibility progress to SSE-PL/SSE-SL
- Liaises with SSE-PL/SSE-SL, MA, local Clinical Operations team (if available) and CRO staff for site identification and feasibility support in alignment with global study team.
- Attends Pre-Study Visit (PSV) as requested or agreed upon with the SSE-SL.
- Helps to follow up with country MA, local Clinical Operations team and keep track country and site selection activities.
Supports the SSE-PL/SSE-SL in tracking start up hurdles escalated to the team and their resolution to ensure Site Initiation Visits (SIVs) and site activations are achieved as planned. Attends and/or supports SIVs. Helps SSE-PL/SSE-SL in tracking resolution of any follow up item needed post SIV until resolved by site and or CRO/Takeda study team. Conferences, Congresses, Other Site Facing EventsMay be tasked to help the Associate Director, Study Site Engagement with developing and executing the SSE strategy for non study specific activities within their designated Therapeutic Area (TA) or Country. Through participation in conferences or congresses, utilizes these key site facing events to connect with sites beyond their physical locations. This role involves engaging with new clinical trial investigators or those unfamiliar with Takeda, thereby promoting support for the advancement of our pipeline.
Dimensions and Aspects- Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise Understanding of clinical trials and advanced knowledge of ICH-GCP, Clinical trials regulations, and applicable global and regional/country requirements.

Experience- 7+ years of experience in clinical research, either with a CRO or a pharmaceutical company, focusing on clinical trials.
- Experience may also include roles such as Study Coordinator or Study Nurse, where close collaboration with Clinical Research Associates was involved.
- While experience in a Lead CRA or managerial role is preferred, it is not mandatory. The total cumulative work experience of the candidate may also be taken into consideration.
- Experience in Oncology clinical trials is preferred.

Reporting to the Clinical Program Director, Mental Health and Wellbeing Program and Spectrum, and operating in accordance with Eastern Health's values, the Clinical Director of Spectrum will be responsible for delivering high level clinical leadership and governance for all clinical activities in accordance with the Spectrum's organizational chart and clinical governance processes. As a core member of Spectrum's leadership team, the Clinical Director will contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of Spectrum's services and models of care with a focus on ensuring excellence in clinical care, teaching and research.
The Clinical Director of Spectrum is responsible for the leadership, management, development,implementation and delivery of a range of mental health care models that supports outcomes for people with personality disorder and complex trauma across the state of Victoria.
The Clinical Director Spectrum may be required to work across all Eastern Health campuses and other area mental health and wellbeing services of Victoria both clinically and non-clinically as part of their Clinical, leadership and management responsibilities and will operate in accordance with Eastern Health's values.
Provision of Clinical Services

Austin Health is one of four health service 'hubs' in Victoria whichoperateradiotherapy services. Staff undertake a range of professional development activities, are involved in research trials and liaise and consult with a wide range of specialists and health care professionals to ensure the care offered is at the leading edge of technology. Over the past 10 years, the service has experienced significant growth, with major investments in capital equipment and human resources. During this time, the Radiation Oncology Department has welcomed the addition of the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Simulator and MRI Linear Accelerator to its fleet. Additionally, further investment is underway for two newlinear accelerators, with advanced stereotactic capacity, and surface guided radiotherapy system.
Along with these service developments, there has been significant growth in staff numbers, particularly at the ONJ with the introduction of the MRI Linac Radiotherapy State Based Referral Program.
The service has 5 Conventional Linacs, MR Linear Accelerator, 3 CT Simulators, MR Simulator, 3 Superficial radiotherapy units and aNucletronHDR after loader, brachytherapy. The service is fullydeveloped in IMRT and IGRT and multimodality imaging. The service is committed to expanding its capability and developing future technological modalities.

As the Radiation Therapy Manager (ONJ) you will be responsible for the provision of high quality radiation therapy, professional leadership, and oversight of radiation therapy services at the Olivia Newton John Cancer Centre site.
This position is accountable for ensuring the consistent delivery of a high-quality, patient-centred radiation therapy service that meets contemporary clinical standards and achieves excellence in safety, efficiency, and required clinical outcomes. The Radiation Therapy Manager leads a large and diverse team of radiation therapists, providing professional guidance, operational oversight, and performance support to ensure a skilled, engaged, and capable workforce. As a key member of the Radiation Oncology leadership and governance teams, the Manager plays a critical role in driving innovation, implementing strategic priorities, and supporting cross-site initiatives where needed. The multi-disciplinary teams at both sites are committed to excellence in practice and care. The equipment at both sites is state-of-the-art, and the treatment options available ensure every disease site is treated according to best practice.
Over the past 10 years, the service has experienced significant growth, with major investments in capital equipment and human resources. During this time, the Radiation Oncology Department has welcomed the addition of the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Simulator and MRI Linear Accelerator to its fleet. Additionally, further investment is underway for two new linear accelerators, with advanced stereotactic capacity, and surface guided radiotherapy system.
Along with these service developments, there has been significant growth in staff numbers, particularly at the ONJ with the introduction of the MRI Linac Radiotherapy State Based Referral Program.
The service has 5 Conventional Linacs, MR Linear Accelerator, 3 CT Simulators, MR Simulator, 3 Superficial radiotherapy units and a Nucletron HDR after loader, brachytherapy. The service is fully developed in IMRT and IGRT and multimodality imaging. The service is committed to expanding its capability and developing future technological modalities.

As the Radiation Therapy Manager (BAROC) you will be responsible for the provision of high-quality radiation therapy, professional leadership, and oversight of radiation therapy services at the Ballarat Austin Radiation Oncology site.
This position is accountable for ensuring the consistent delivery of a high-quality, patient-centred radiation therapy service that meets contemporary clinical standards and achieves excellence in safety, efficiency, and required clinical outcomes. The RT Manager oversees the daily radiation therapy operations at BAROC in planning of the service, including workforce, quality and safety, financial stewardship, service development, and infrastructure planning at the direction of radiation oncology operations manager.
The Radiation Therapy Manager leads a large and diverse team of radiation therapists, providing professional guidance, operational oversight, and performance support to ensure a skilled, engaged, and capable workforce. The role is instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and professional development through mentoring, coaching, and structured learning initiatives. The RT Manager serves as both technical and clinical expert and oversees treatment delivery, simulation processes, patient scheduling and department operations. The position plays a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, optimizing workflows and supporting a collaborative care environment.
As a key member of the Radiation Oncology leadership and governance teams, the Manager plays a critical role in driving innovation, implementing strategic priorities, and supporting cross-site initiatives where needed. This includes contributing to capital works and infrastructure planning, supporting the introduction of new technologies or treatment techniques, and ensuring compliance with national standards, legislative requirements, and organisational policies.
The role requires a strong commitment to interprofessional collaboration, patient-focused care, and evidence-based practice. This role collaborates with the Radiation Therapy Manager (ONJ) to build efficiencies, network profile and scale as appropriate.
The BAROC Radiation Therapy Manager works in close partnership with the Operations Manager Radiation Oncology and BAROC Radiation Oncology Director to ensure service integration and alignment with Austin Health's broader strategic objectives, research goals, and teaching mission.

THE ROLEThe Child Protection Team Manager is responsible for effective service delivery, managing resources and budget, cases awaiting allocation and small teams of practitioners. The Team Manager has the formal delegation to endorse and review case plans to bring about the changes necessary to ensure the safety, stability and development of children and young people and to promote the achievement of case plan objectives within specified timeframes. The position will work collaboratively with the Senior Child Protection Practitioners to strengthen case practice, provide effective service delivery and to support other practitioners.
