For over 17 years, we've built a trusted psychology practice in the heart of Brunswick East, known for our clinical excellence, genuine care for clients, and strong commitment to our team and community.
We're now inviting a warm, dedicated Psychologist to grow with us.
Why Join Seed?Freedom & Flexibility- without the isolation.
- Tailor your caseload to your areas of interest.
- Choose a schedule and session load that supports your wellbeing.
- Work across both face-to-face and telehealth sessions, with the flexibility to provide telehealth appointments from home.
- Structure your week in a way that works for you, including the option to offer telehealth sessions from home in the evenings or on Saturdays.
- Benefit from our well-established referral base and strong industry networks.
- Enjoy consistent referrals from a diverse client community.
Unmatched Support- backed by a caring team
- Our highly experienced admin team handles referrals, diary management and day-to day logistics. They genuinely care about making your workday run smoothly.
- Our directors work within the practice and are available for support.
- Our systems have been refined over 17 years to make the practical side of clinical work as seamless as possible.
Room to Grow-on your terms.
- Access mentoring, peer support and tailored career development pathways.
- Deepen your knowledge in areas that interest you, with paid training opportunities available.
- Interested in diversifying your role or contributing in different ways? We work with our team to develop career pathways that reflect their interests and strengths.
A Practice in the heart of Brunswick East- engaged in the community
- Work in our thoughtfully restored heritage building, where heritage character blends with modern comfort.
- Be part of a vibrant local community, surrounded by great coffee, culture and a lively atmosphere.
We're excited to welcome a Psychologist to our team in a flexible hybrid role, working across both face-to-face and telehealth appointments.
Our hybrid model is centred around continuity of care. Rather than maintaining separate face to-face and telehealth caseloads, our psychologists support clients across both formats. Clients joining a hybrid psychologist's caseload understand from the outset that their care will include both face-to-face and telehealth appointments.
The role offers flexibility in how you structure your week. For example, you might choose to provide most of your sessions face-to-face during the day, with a small number of telehealth appointments from home in the evening or on a Saturday.
We are looking forward to connecting with Psychologists who:
- Are warm, professional and aligned with the values at the heart of our practice.
- Have the experience and autonomy to work confidently and professionally.
- Are active communicators who value collaboration and being part of a team.
- Are confident supporting clients across a diverse range of experiences.
- Enjoy working flexibly across face-to-face and telehealth settings.
This role can be flexible but requires the following:
- A minimum of 10 client sessions per week across face-to-face and telehealth appointments.
- Availability to provide both face-to-face sessions from our Brunswick East practice and telehealth sessions.
- Current registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
- Eligibility to provide Medicare-funded psychological services.
- Previous experience providing psychological therapy is highly valued.
Let's Grow Together
If you're looking for a practice where you can thrive personally and professionally, with genuine flexibility in how you structure your working week, we'd love to meet you.
