About the ProgramC2BMe provides low- and medium-intensity mental health interventions to older adults living in residential aged care. Our recovery-oriented approach supports people to improve their mental health, wellbeing and quality of life through individual and group therapies
What You'll Be Doing- Provide therapeutic intervention to older individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues.
- Conduct assessments, including bio-psychosocial and risk assessments, and track outcomes.
- Facilitate group therapy, such as art and reminiscing therapy.
- Attend regular clinical review meetings, group supervision (monthly), and operational supervision (every 6 weeks).
- Work autonomously, managing your own schedule and caseload.
- Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling.
- Registration with relevant professional bodies (APA, PACFA, ACA or AASW).
- 1-2 years' experience in mental health intervention.
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records.
- Ability to work autonomously and stay organised
- Experience working in aged care facilities.

We have a seasonal position available for an equine medicine specialist ("DipECEIM, DipACVIM or Australian Fellow") in our ICU, commencing August 2027. We are particularly looking for someone with skills in critical care and neonatology. About the FacilityScone Equine Hospital is the largest equine veterinary practice in Australia, employing approximately 40 equine veterinarians during the breeding season. We have support from five specialists in equine surgery, one specialist in theriogenology, associate veterinarians, a medicine fellow, interns, and a large team of experienced equine nurses.
EquipmentAvailable equipment includes a neonatal ventilator, nasal high flow, a 3m video-gastroscope, video-endoscopy, dynamic endoscopy, diode laser, three ultrasound machines with Doppler, telemetric ECG, digital radiography, CT, and full diagnostic laboratory.
LocationScone is in the heart of the Thoroughbred breeding industry in Australia. It is a beautiful part of rural Australia located close to major regional cities and is approximately 3 hrs drive north of Sydney.
