About the OpportunityAs aNoah's Ark Professional (Key Worker), you'll work closely with children and families to deliver evidence-based early childhood intervention that creates meaningful outcomes.
You'll:
- Support children to communicate, connect, and participate in everyday life.

- Develop practical, individualised approaches that build children's skills and family capability.
- Collaborate within a highly supportive multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
- Contribute to a culture of reflection, learning, and continuous improvement.
We're interested in Speech Pathologists who are:
- Passionate about supporting children and families.
- Curious, collaborative, and relationship focused.
- Committed to evidence-based and family-centred practice.
- Interested in working within a Key Worker and transdisciplinary model.
- Seeking to maintain or extend their contemporary speech pathology practice.
- Looking to grow professionally while making a genuine difference.
You'll need:
- A recognised Speech Pathology qualification.
- Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status, or eligibility to obtain it.
- A current driver licence and access to a vehicle.
- The right to work in Australia.
We're investing in our people and creating opportunities for clinicians who want to help shape the future of our services.
You'll join an organisation with:
- More than 55 years of experience supporting children and families.
- An established and growing presence in the South East of Melbourne.
- Strong clinical leadership and professional support.
- Competitive salary and salary packaging benefits.
- Professional development allowance and leave.
- Coaching, mentoring, and career development opportunities.
- Employee Assistance Program.
- A genuinely supportive and values-driven culture.
