About the Role:
This is a full-time, fixed term position at 80 hours per fortnight (full-time, 2 years) within the Support After Sexual Harm (SASH) Service at the RCH.
You will be responsible for leading workforce and organisational capacity-building initiatives in Victorian public schools to strengthen the prevention, identification, response and management of students using harmful sexual behaviours (HSB) in school settings. Reporting to the SASH Workforce and Service Development Lead, you will provide education, consultation and capability development to support schools in implementing evidence-informed child safeguarding practices, enhancing staff confidence and competence, and promoting safe, inclusive and protective learning environments consistent with Victoria's Child Safe Standards
Classification for this position will range from:
- Psychologist Grade 3, Year 1 to Year 4 (PL1 - PL4)
- Social Worker Grade 3, Year 1 to Year 4 (SC31 - SC34)
- Occupational Therapist Grade 3 Year 1 to Year 4 (VG3 - VG6)

About the Role
This position offers a Consultant Gynaecological Oncologist the opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based subspecialist care to women with gynaecological malignancies within Victoria's largest and most comprehensive gynaecology service. The role encompasses comprehensive clinical care, multidisciplinary collaboration, teaching and leadership with a strong commitment to patient-centred care, equity of access, and continuous quality improvement with scope for incorporation of research and service development.
Successful applicants will be expected to participate in the following domains:
Deliver subspecialist inpatient, outpatient, and procedural care for patients with gynaecological cancers, including diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and palliative care.
Perform advanced gynaecological oncology surgery consistent with credentialing and scope of practice across various Monash Health surgical sites
Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and contribute to coordinated treatment planning.
Provide on-call services as part of the consultant roster.
Ensure care is culturally safe and aligned with national clinical guidelines.

As a Specialist Family Violence Hub Practitioner, you will provide specialist family violence responses within The Orange Door, including:
- Family violence risk assessment and safety planning.
- Screening, triage and crisis response.
- Engagement and support of victim survivors and their children.
- Multi-disciplinary collaboration with partner agencies.
- Advocacy, referral and service coordination.
- Delivery of services via phone, face-to-face and outreach where required.
You will work across our Broadmeadows and Sunbury locations, with flexibility to work at either site is highly regarded.
We're seeking practitioners with:
- Have direct experience working within The Orange Door.
- Are confident undertaking family violence risk assessments using MARAM and developing comprehensive safety plans.
- Can quickly integrate into a fast-paced multidisciplinary hub environment.
- Have demonstrated experience supporting victim survivors and their children impacted by family violence.
- Bring a strong understanding of intersectional, trauma-informed and culturally safe practice.
- Have excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Hold a Bachelor qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Psychology or a related discipline, or meet the Victorian Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework (MARAM) mandatory minimum qualification requirements through the 7 Equivalency Principles.
