About the Role
Joining our team in Collie on a casual basis, you will support people with disability who access our in home and community access services. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with people with disability and confidence in working with behaviours of concern and providing personal care if required. You must be able to commit to a variety of shifts including short 3-4 hours shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assist with daily activities, following the Client Care Plan.
- Work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.
- Identify client care needs and work collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure high-quality, holistic care.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members.
- Support clients with light housekeeping duties to promote independence, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- Maintain accurate daily client notes and promptly report any concerns to the RN/Care Manager.
- Support clients with mobility aids, range-of-motion exercises, and non-sterile dressings, under the supervision of an RN.

Qualifications
- Cert III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent).

- Federal Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).
- Willingness to travel and flexibility with shifts.

- Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards for home care.
