About the role
This role leads the HammondCare Research Governance Office and oversees governance, compliance and assurance activities across Hammond Innovations' research and innovation portfolio. It ensures all grant-funded, philanthropically funded and externally sponsored projects are effectively governed, audit-ready, and aligned with funder, contractual and organisational requirements. The position promotes consistent governance practices across Hammond Innovations by maintaining frameworks, policies, templates, registers, approval pathways and reporting processes throughout the funding lifecycle. It also strengthens research governance capability across teams and stakeholders. - Support families, caregivers and clinical staff to understand how dementia impacts each individual.
- Equip carers and clinicians to prevent and respond to behaviour changes through modelling, coaching, and development of resources including behaviour support planning.

About the role
This is a Permanent, full-time role based in the South Coast Region, with an office located at Merimbula.
As Clinical Partner - Registered Nurse, you'll be a valued member of our growing Home Care Clinical Care & Practice Team, working closely with an experienced, multidisciplinary team to provide tailored and individualised services to older adults living at home.
