- Monitor application, interface and database health, proactively identifying performance issues, capacity constraints and risks before they affect critical services.
- Apply security, privacy and change management controls, including least-privilege access, auditing, encryption and de-identification of non-production data, so patient information is protected at every step.
- Contribute to automation, disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning to improve operational efficiency and system resilience.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, configurations and operational runbooks, and share knowledge with service desk and application support staff.
- Work with infrastructure, cloud, security, integration teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues, and participate in an on-call roster and after-hours change windows as required.
- Work across multidisciplinary teams and business areas, contributing to a high-performance, values-based culture.
- Support internal and external audits and records retention requirements,
