- Provide care for inpatients and patients in outpatients and the Emergency Department within the rules pertaining to Registrars/Residents
- Responsible for the completion of discharge summaries and coding. HMO roles may be able to be structured to individual interests and O&G experience with junior and senior O&G HMO positions available. Junior HMO roles (usually suited to those with 12 months experience in O&G) include the same rotations as junior HMOs but also usually include perinatal medicine rotation, mixed general and subspeciality gynaecology rotation, and a dedicated senior resident rotation. In addition, some HMOs (may be junior or senior) will have the opportunity to complete a rotation in gynae oncology.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced, confident and forward-thinking Urgent Care Manager to lead one of our high-performing Urgent Care Clinics.
This role is integral to the success of the service - bringing together clinical leadership, operational oversight, workforce coordination, and an unwavering commitment to an exceptional patient experience. You will act as the central point of leadership on site, ensuring the clinic runs safely, efficiently, and in alignment with ForHealth's quality, governance, and service standards.

You will have the scope to influence local service delivery, drive high-quality clinical practice, and help shape the future of urgent care within ForHealth.
This is a full-time position, with an approximate 75% clinical/ 25% non-clinical split, allowing you to remain hands on while leading operational and people management functions. To support fair and transparent rostering, the role includes a minimum commitment of one close shift per fortnight and one weekend shift per fortnight.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the centre is safe, efficient, and patient-ready.
- Coordinate equipment, stock, consumables, facilities issues and site presentation.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, rosters, and workforce planning for all site staff.
- Manage timesheets, shift approvals, and coordinate payroll accuracy.
- Support training, competencies, and ongoing development of the clinical team.
- Optimise patient flow, triage processes, and clinical workflows.
- Ensure compliance with UCC standards, audits, quality, and clinical governance.
- Manage incidents, risks, cold chain issues and escalating appropriately.
- Oversee business/practice-management tasks including billing queries, suppliers, site expenses, and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with local hospitals, PHNs, GPs and community partners to support service growth.
- Work in a patient facing capacity.
About You
- Registered Nurse or Paramedic with current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience in urgent care, ED, primary care, paramedicine, or similar.
- Previous clinical leadership, management, or supervisory experience desirable.
- Triage experience is highly regarded.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, delegate effectively, and lead a multidisciplinary team.
- High level of clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends where required.
- You will be required to provide a Working with Children's check, National Police check if not already obtained and International police check where relevant.

About the role
The Project & Partnerships Specialist plays a pivotal role at the heart of the Hammond Foundation - where philanthropy, partnership and innovation come together to deliver meaningful impact.
This role leads the coordination and successful delivery of the Foundation's funded project portfolio, while also driving the development, growth and stewardship of strategic partnerships across Trusts & Foundations, corporates and key philanthropic stakeholders.
