About us
the company'smission is to master quantum error correction (QEC) and unlock a new age of human progress. From advances in material and climate science, to complex chemistry simulation for new drug design, quantum computers will help humanity solve some of its most important challenges. Collaborating extensively with other teams within the company, as well as with world-leading external partners, this critical work will directly contribute to Deltaflow, the company's real-time QEC system.
What you will do
- Work closely with the team to test and evaluate potential solutions for the QEC decoder and help convert early-stage research concepts into production-ready implementation
- Build practical QEC expertise alongside experienced team members, developing both scientific and software engineering skills, with the opportunity to shape your career toward research or engineering as your interests develop
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to propose and optimise QEC protocols and experiments

Role Brief:
Some of the most valuable work in health isn't therapy. It's the handful of well-designed hours that help someone living with a chronic illness or a mental health condition get back to the life they want, and the clinical judgement to recognise when they need something more. Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured, time-limited health coaching by video and telephone across our mental health and chronic disease programs

- Write end-of-program reports for referrers and treating teams that are clear and useful
- Contribute to a genuine multidisciplinary team and to how these programs are designed as they scale
Requirements:
- You hold general registration as a psychologist with AHPRA, with a Master's or Doctorate in clinical, counselling or health psychology

Desirable:
- An ICF credential or equivalent coaching psychology qualification

- Fully remote, anywhere in Australia, with flexibility to schedule your hours between 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.
- Admin support, so your time goes to participants
- A digital health and AI-enabled business, with technology built to make good clinical work easier
