Our focus is on supporting older people to maximise their functional capacity, maintain their independence and achieve a safe and successful transition to home or an appropriate ongoing care environment.

You will play an important role in supporting patients throughout their recovery journey, encouraging participation in daily activities and promoting independence, dignity and quality of life. You will be a caring, reliable and motivated Enrolled Nurse who understands the importance of delivering individualised care and supporting older people to achieve their personal goals.
