More than a jobThere's nothing better than knowing your work matters and makes a difference. In this role, you'll support patients throughout their treatment journey, improving their care and access to healthcare through safe, evidence-based and patient-centred telehealth services.
This role includes shift work across weekdays and weekends, with agreed hours based on service needs and your availability.

- Respond to patient messages and provide clinical education, advice and telephone support.
- Assess symptoms, triage concerns and elevate appropriately.
- Collaborate with medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals and other team members to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation across our digital systems.
- Share feedback to improve our systems, processes and patient experience.
We're looking for an experienced, tech-savvy Registered Nurse who enjoys supporting patients through digital healthcare. You'll bring sound clinical judgement, strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while staying connected with our remote clinical team.
The ideal candidate will have:- Current practising certificate without restrictions from AHPRA
- A minimum of 3-5years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Previous clinical experience in telehealth or digital health
- Strong technological skills, with confidence navigating multiple digital platforms and learning new systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear, compassionate care remotely
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritisation and escalation skills
- The ability to review patient information, manage clinical enquiries and support safe, timely care within established digital pathways
- Availability for shift work, including weekends
- An Emergency Department (ED) background and/or experience in men's health, hair loss, dermatology, weight management, sexual health or mental health.
- Familiarity with asynchronous models of care.
We hire teammates who share our values, believe in our mission and are passionate about the future of healthcare. Some of the reasons our team loves Mosh & Moshy include:
- Fully remote working model
- Established digital infrastructure and patient base
- Clear clinical governance and escalation pathways
- Collaborative virtual care team
